The view from house was amazing. Seconds from the beach

We just had the most wonderful stay at “Catch a View”. We were literally on the beach with the most incredible views. House was very clean and well stocked. We have visited Topsail for years and this is by far our favorite place we have stayed. We can’t wait to stay here again!!! Our dog loved it too!

This house is a hidden gem! Best views and access to the beach. The ocean front deck is literally on the beach! Waves crash just a few feet away! The deck is huge!! The house is clean and well stocked. Dealing with the host was easy and thorough. The only house we go to. The only house we will go to.

great place to stay! host was very helpful with our reservation because we had to postpone because of bad winter weather. he was understanding and prompt with contacting us with our concerns. will definitely stay again if we can find it available, I'm sure it gets booked up fast!!

Our third stay at Catch a View was as glorious as our previous visits. We’re hooked! The host is very responsive and helpful. The house is very clean and furnished with all the necessary items along with some luxuries in the beautifully renovated kitchen. The expansive view is gorgeous 24/7 no matter the weather. The ocean is the constant with varying skies. Sunrise, sunset, stargazing or daytime beach enjoyment are all wonderful. This place is special. We’ll be back again next year!

This is our third stay here. It's been upgraded some and is basic and very nice. It's perfect for a couple looking to have a private stay. Obviously it's a great place since we've been there three times and are booking to return next fall. We watch the sunrise each morning and even had a logger head turtle hatching event right out front. It's a great place. lw

Our family of 4 and our dog had a great vacation at this property! It was the best view ever and a nice neighborhood. The host was excellent with communication. Definitely would put this place on our list of favorites!

Fabulous, affordable, pet friendly stay! Our tiny chihuahua loved her porch beach view and our “bigger” chihuahua loved the beach life! Plan to book again!

The home was perfect! Very quiet area on the island but also very convenient to town. The view is spectacular too. We loved sitting on the porch and taking it all in each day. The home was exactly as described in the listing. Easy check in, check out. We had all the things we needed from making meals to cocktails. Highly recommend if you are looking for peace and relaxation.

Enjoy our 3 nights stay, this is our 2nd time to booked, the house is clean and everything you need been provided. Quiet neighborhood which we like. Communication is great with Rob. We will definitely be coming back.

Catch A View was one of our favorite vacation homes!Great location, clean, and the most amazing views with easy access to a huge, clean beach. The kitchen had everything you could ask for and the beds were very comfortable. Robbie was an excellent host and responded very quickly to all my questions and comments, even messaging to make sure we made it into town easily and were settling in okay. Very kind and gracious.We'll definitely be back again soon.

Place is incredible. Right on the ocean and beach. Spotless inside, perfect views outside. Host is excellent and responsive. Have stayed here multiple times and will stay again in the future.

We celebrated my birthday with a long weekend at catch a view and had an amazing time. The owners were gracious and the property was actually lovelier than the photos conveyed. Kitchen was new and had everything we needed. My daughter loved waking up right in on the beach each morning! Evenings on the deck were wonderful. The view was spectacular and the property is so private, it felt like our own little world. House is well stocked and we felt right at home. Check out was relaxed which is always nice too! Beautiful home right on the beach. Fully equipped kitchen and perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee on the large deck. Would definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Catch a view! The house was clean and comfortable. The view was amazing! The front porch was perfect for watching sunrises and ocean wildlife. Dolphins swam by each day! Within a few steps you are in the sand and walking the beach! The perfect place for a beach getaway!

Everything was great! Very well equipped, nice toucheslike USB charger with electrical outlets in bedrooms. Super clean. We will be back

Researched places to go and found this property. We've been twice now and are going back in about nine months. It's simple and perfect for us. It's not over beached up with shells and mini surf boards. Great, really great view of the front yard ocean. Everything about renting this place works great.

The house has an amazing location right on the beach in a quiet neighborhood of Topsail Island. The views from the wrap around porch and the giant picture windows were stunning. The house was well maintained with new furniture that was very comfortable to sit in and the beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The host was very easy to reach and answered all our questions. Getting access was very easy. We would definitely stay here again.slept beds

This was our second trip to this property. The location and views from both inside the house and outside can’t be beat! In October, it’s quiet. We stood on the glorious beach and could look right and left and we were alone but for one neighbor. A whole ocean to ourselves! We love this property and the owner is super responsive. No doubt we’ll be back.

Robbie was a great host and always responded to our emails. The house was just what we wanted in terms of location and size. It's quaint and not overdone with flagrant beach decorations. Very comfortable. We are going back in three months. Returning is the biggest compliment that we can give it. Very, very nice place. LW

Perfect location on a quiet street. A few steps to the beach. Beautiful views. I'm glad I brought my own (folding) lounge chair for reading and naps. The wooden chairs are hard on my back. Took naps on the deck every day! Maybe host will consider adding a few comfortable lounge chairs as he was very open to suggestions with a few minor other things. Communication was great. My friend and i were impressed with the beds. Now we both want a new mattress for our beds at home. Robbie provided name of mattress. Overall wonderful experience!
