Casual Elegance with Large Private Patio

My wife, one-year old daughter and I stayed at this property for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. We loved the neighborhood as it was very charming and safe! There are lots of cute shops and restaurants within walking distance as well as a Target Express for any needs that arise. There’s a huge dog park where our daughter loved watching the myriad of dog breeds as well as a kids park and golf course all within walking distance. The property itself isn’t super luxurious, but it met our needs overall. The place is clean and easily accessible, the bed was comfortable, clothes washer and dryer are new and very convenient, and patio is super relaxing. Street parking was also a breeze. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen has the basics, but there’s no spices or other food items stocked aside from salt, pepper, oil, and coffee. We had a few minor issues arise, but Jennifer always responded quickly and ensured the issues got solved. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting San Diego.

This was our first trip to San Diego so we wanted a place close to the main attractions, but also in a quiet area. Jen's place was exactly what we were looking for. It also was provided us with the option to eat at home or enjoy the many excellent local restaurants and we did both. Jen was very responsive to the very few issues which came up. We are happy to recommend this property and would look to use it the next time we come to this beautiful city.

the house was clean and neat. bed was comfortable. the kitchen facilities were adequate. the house was within walking distance of interesting shops and restaurants. the owner quickly responded to concerns and questions, for which i was grateful. i hope this property continues to be available, since would love to stay there again. it was perfect for us.

It was the perfect place for our stay in San Diego. Easily accessible and walking distance to some great shops, restaurants and bars. The place was clean and tidy when we arrived and had everything we need for our stay. I would definitely stay there again. Highly recommended!

We had a very relaxing stay this weekend. Even though it was the 4th of July- the property was quiet and easily accessible. There were fresh flowers on the table and the unit was very clean and welcoming. A close walk to cute South Park neighborhood, and a nice longer walk to north park, this spot is the perfect place for a San Diego getaway!

The unit we stayed in was so quaint and nice we just loved it. Jennifer was so nice and accommodating to work with. WE would stay there again. It was so relaxing and you felt like you were walking into your own home. It has a beautiful area to sit outside. It was within walking distance of shops, restaurants and bars. It is located in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. I would highly recommend it.
