Beautiful property with direct access to the beach!

We had an excellent stay. The house was clean and well stocked. The boardwalk to the beach was a huge hit. The beach itself was clean and quite with only snowbirds or families. Definitely plan to visit here again.

Do not miss sunrise on the beach! It’s stunning! Lovely views and private access to the beach means you can walk out with your coffee and PJs. We enjoyed seeing the horses on the beach each morning. The large dining table was great!

Excellent home ON a Private Beach, it doesn't get better than this! Don't hesitate, David will take great care of you! His communication is spot on. Perfect for 2 families to gather for fun and retreat when they need rest. Home is fully stocked with quality pans, knives & beach towels, which makes packing so much easier. Kitchen pantry is shared from prior guests so you have some key spices, coffee filters, the basics that help as you settle in. It's location is a quick drive over the bridge to St. Augustine. We did a True Crime walking tour with Laura one night which was fun!

Love the keyless entry. Kitchen was so well stocked! Had everything you need and more. Air conditioning work great. Had so much fun and made lots of memories.

Communication was super easy, place was great. Everything just as said! We would stay here again no problem!

We had a great time on our stay. The beach was almost empty in the area we were at, which was great! Although the house is not super updated, it is clean and provides a nice place to stay. They had plenty of hand soap, toilet paper and paper towels for the length of our stay. Towels and beach towels provided. If you have a very large party, you may want to bring extra beach towels. I would stay here again!

We had a great family trip celebrating our anniversary with our children and grandchildren. The location was wonderful with 2 toddlers - so easy to get back and forth from the beach. The nice beach in front of house was not crowded even though Memorial Day weekend. House had lots of space and we appreciated the large kitchen table for family meals.

Less than half an hour to St. Augustine. Beach right in front off you of the deck. House was well equipped and comfortable.

No better way to spend spring break than at this slice of paradise. The views from the deck were amazing—coffee with a view every morning. The house had everything this group of 5 adults and 5 teenage boys could possibly need. Location was close to shopping, mini excursions, great restaurants and of course ice cream shops!David was outstanding to work with as he made everything so easy!

House was very nice and clean, didn’t like I had to go downstairs and unlock door to do laundry .Downstairs rooms were a little musty , just think they need to put humidifier in main area, teenagers were fine there, but the musty smell , was bad on one family member. But just moved her upstairs. Beautiful view , close to downtown st Augustine.Nice kitchen, fully stocked with cooking pots and pans and nice dishesOwners , work well with you checking in and checking out, beautiful sunrises on the deck looking at ocean, we would rent again

Check in was easy and the house had a great view of the ocean. The listing does not say you have to exit the top floor, go outside to enter the downstairs. When we first entered, the house had a horrible fish smell which never went away. We found dead roaches and ants in the bathrooms and the floors were DISGUSTING. Our feet and socks were black. I'm sure the cleaning company NEVER cleaned this house. Honestly, I will not stay here again.

We’ve come to St Augustine for the last five years for our family vacation and this has so far been our favorite location. We like to drive on the beach and this location has an entrance/exit close by and only 15 minutes from St. Augustine. Overall, excellent experience and we’ll be coming back!

Thank you for a wonderful family beach vacation. We celebrated my husband’s 60th Birthday. The house was perfect fore our adult kids and pup. We loved the beach! The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the big table for dinners and family games. We hope to be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!! House was clean, well stocked and was exactly as it appeared in pictures. David, the host, was great to work with!!! We will definitely return in the future!!!

This was an amazing place to unwind. The beach being just down the pathway was a great way to start each morning. The house was very spacious and fit my family and our needs. We will visit again in the future
