Casita w/ Heated Salt Water Pool

We enjoyed our stay. A few things though. Clothes dressers to store our clothes, tissue box, like a hotel rental, bodywash, hair shampoo, a hair dryer. Would have made our stay even better.

The home is in an older neighborhood, but is well kept for its age and use. We had some slight confusion upon check-in, but the owner immediately called me and we got it figured out. They are so helpful and responsive, and we really appreciated the full manual of info on the area with things to do, places to eat, etc. They have really thought about the details and go a step above a lot of other rentals I've used.The pool was clean and warm (thank you!), and the home is well-appointed for both humans and pets alike! I loved being able to utilize the garage, and there were plenty of supplies in the kitchen for everything we needed. I had concerns when we initially drove into the neighborhood, just thinking it may not be as quiet as I had anticipated, especially during spring break. I was very pleasantly surprised to find how quiet the area is, and how easy it was to access so many restaurants, beach, and water taxis to Peanut Island. Super easy to get in and out of the area!The house has so much space, we absolutely could have had another family with us there, but I chose it so that we could bring our pets and have a pool. It worked perfectly for our needs!We had so few critiques, related to typical wear and tear that happens in rentals. I would recommend this place and stay again in the future!

Lovely home! Well appointed. Comfortable beds. Great location! Only needs hooks on bathroom doors. . Brought our Aussie, Mellie, and she was spoiled. Owner quick to respond. You’ll enjoy your stay there!

Spacious and tidy interior, comfortable beds! Quiet neighborhood in a great location. Pool was not warm enough to swim, but temps in FL were cooler than normal. Great communication with the host.

The home is very clean and well maintained. The washing machine had an issue but Stepan quickly had it fixed. The neighborhood was quiet. We had a nice stay.

The house was beautiful, well cared for, and very spacious for our girls weekend. The pool was listed as “heated” but unfortunately was not ready to go when we arrived. I communicated with the owner and he promptly said he would turn them on. They did not kick on and I had to reach out to the owner a second time, and the pool was cold our entire time. This was a disappointment to us, as we picked this house because of the heated pool.

Location and cleaniness

Fantastic host. Very easy to communicate and work with. We had a very short notice booking and the owners went out of their way to accommodate.

Immaculate, great location great amenities, terrific swimming pool garage what else can say?

My husband and I and our Italian Greyhound had such a wonderful stay at this home. It was everything we were hoping for. The pictures were very accurate, and the home was spotless. We had a couple of questions when we checked in and the owner replied very quickly! We stayed for two weeks. This was the first time my husband and I stayed somewhere for two weeks, and it was a great decision. To be honest, when we arrived, we weren't sure about the neighborhood, but found it to be very quiet, and we even met some of the neighbors on our walks and everyone was so nice! If peace and quiet is what you are looking for, this is the place! But literally within a mile or two, you could find an outlet mall, tons of restaurants, downtown WPB, etc etc.This place is also very dog-friendly. They have the cutest little area set up with a dog bed, toys, food and water dish, etc. Our Italian Greyhound is very nervous around new places but she took to it here quickly. I don't think she wanted to leave!Anyway, can't say enough good things about our trip and and this property - we will probably come back!

Nice clean good size for a family

We were in town for a wedding. This option allowed our group of 6 (2 couples and 2 singles) to stay together for a fraction of the price of getting multiple hotel rooms. The property was designed perfectly for us with 4 bedrooms. Location was key for us and this location was perfectly centralized for all wedding activities. Would I rather be beachfront than in a neighborhood? Of course. But for the price, the pool area felt private and it was only 15 minutes drive to get to beautiful beaches when we wanted to. Our only mistake was renting 2 cars. Since you have to pay for parking everywhere in town, uber was the best option most times we needed to get around. I’m easy going and didn’t really need the host for anything, but he seemed nice and had good communication. Overall was an outstanding value for our needs.

This location was convenient for anywhere we wanted to go. We were not far from downtown and the beach, and we were not far from the Tanger Outlet Mall, Target, Whole Foods and restaurants. In addition, we were near the airport! The neighborhood was nice and quite.

Overall the actual property was very nice, and the check in process was simple.However, workers kept coming unannounced to service the pool. I understand there was scheduled maintenance set to take place the day we arrived but workers showed up the day after, did not announce themselves, and practically began to put chemicals in the pool while someone was in it. We then could not go in the pool for multiple hours. The workers then came back unannounced later that day to again service one of the filters. I wish we had been informed workers were scheduled to be performing maintenance while we were staying.

Property was nice and clean. Pool was warm and fun. Had some unresolved plumbing issues in the kitchen and master bath. Renter worked with us to try and solve the problems.

Booked this home in Palm Beach for a 5 day golf trip. Each of us had our own bedroom. Very comfortable. Very clean. Our host Stepan was very responsive when it came to recommending places to shop for groceries, etc. I would strongly consider re-booking next time I’m in the area.

We had an amazing stay at Stephan’s place. It was a great location, the pool was heated perfectly, and there was plenty of room! The beds were comfy, there was a closet in every room which was nice to be able to put the luggage in to tidy up. We would definitely come back!

We wish the pool would have been warm so we could have enjoyed it more. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the communication with the host was very timely.

We enjoyed our stay. The layout is comfortable and the public area allowed all of us to spend time together. Beds were super comfortable except for the primary bed. The furniture was roomy and comfortable. There was ample space to share meals, counter seating for quick bites or to visit with the chief while preparing meals. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The dog area is adorable. The washer and dryer worked well. The yard was nice and the location convenient for all the wedding activities, shopping and driving to the beach.

Overall a good place to stay. Would’ve liked the pool to be a little more cleaner, but loved it was heated. I could nitpick, but that would be pointless. Would recommend to others for sure and would stay there again.

First time in an air b&b and it was awesome!!

To start we moved our dates at the last minute and the owner was incredibly accommodating. While at the property which was very clean and comfortable indoors we were pleased. However the garbage disposal did not work and caused a backup in the sink. This created a significant problem as we were hosting family for thanksgiving that we had come 1200 miles for. It was unable to be fixed for the holiday and caused a great amount of work to clean the dishes and all of the items for the holiday dinner. It really put a bad spin on the whole trip. Mechanical items do fail but I really feel that the host could have been a bit more understanding considering it was the holiday week. As for the pool it was very nice but the entire pool area was infested with ants. I get it’s south Florida but this condition definitely needs to be addressed. The pool toys and inflatables were old and had multiple holes and need to be replaced as well. The property looked as advertised but definitely needs more care and attention. The pool pump also leaks and causes a very dangerous and slippery area that we needed to go through to walk our dog I. The grass area. It was very slippery and hazardous and had us concerned for small kids in the area on the holiday.

Relaxing

We came for a real estate conference and the home was perfect for us! Very clean and everything we needed!

We arrived on Sunday evening and stayed until Saturday morning. I had questions about some things during our stay and the host was quick to reply back and communication was great! The pool was clean, and warm, we always felt safe in the neighborhood. A short drive to the beach and everything we went to,go to, made this a great location.

We had a great stay at Casita! House was immaculate. Pool was nice. Pool furniture lacked cushions & there were no beach towels at house to use - therefore couldn't sit on HOT furniture. Also, plan to purchase dish soap & trash bags. We found that the house was equipped properly - but lacked some of the little extras that are needed. Overall, we had a wonderful time! First I will say, that the cleaning crew forgot to clean this house. Luckily I contacted the manager right away. Stepen was so apologetic and responded very quickly. The house is large enough for a big group. It’s close to all of the downtown activities without the noise.

Overall this property was awesome! The pool was excellent when the Florida heat was high! I could have used a broom or swiffer to keep things clean during our stay but that wouldn’t keep me from renting here again!
