The house had everything one might need for a comfortable stay and was close and convenient to all the local areas. One of the best short term rentals we’ve stayed in!

Was a great location, clean house, comfy beds. The only thing I wish there had been was some chairs on the patio since the weather was lovely to sit outside.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. They had provided everything that we needed for our stay. It was very clean, close to our activities. My family was able to enjoy our trip as there was plenty of room for all of us.

We had a great time and the property was so clean and easy to access. Close by most of the shopping available and food options. Host was very communicative and very helpful. We would stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights and the place was very nice and pretty clean. There were a few things that could have been cleaned better like the stove and inside the oven was quite dirty. The master bath mirror and shower door were not very clean but other than that it was clean. The only other issue was the TV situations the one in the master didn’t allow us to watch anything and the one downstairs had pretty much every channel but the ones you would want to watch we really wanted to watch the Olympics at night but couldn’t access any local channel that would allow us to do so. It was super close to town about a 5 min walk which was great and beds and bedding were nice and comfy! I would suggest changing the picture in the listing that shows the queen bed with the triple bunks bec as that room is NOT accurate it is just a queen bed and the other room has two sets of triple bunks one set queen size and one twin size!

The layout of this place was perfect. Main floor bedroom with bathroom and four additional rooms upstairs, plenty of space to sleep a big group. We were staying as overflow for a family reunion and we don’t regret it all!

We rented over the Independence Day weekend. The home was very clean, well appointed, had a lot of beds, and is two blocks from everything in Garden City. We had no problems parking our truck & boat on property. The owners responded quickly to every question. The home had everything they said it did. Being easy walking distance to Garden City is a big deal on busy weekends. I highly recommend this property!

We have enjoyed coming to BearLake for over 40 years, but we have always come during the summer. This was our first opportunity to enjoy Garden City in the winter. We had such a marvelous time. The weather was beautiful, lots of fresh snow everywhere. Just a 20 minute drive to beaver mountain ski resort, which is an exceptional value and provides, excellent terrain for all levels of skiers and snowboarders. There is a lot of snowmobiling opportunities nearby, too, including rentals. The townhome was immaculate, as advertised, absolutely brand new!! Very tastefully decorated with lots of fun, framed come quotes on all of walls. The host was 100% accessible and very easy to work with. This townhome is an exceptional value, particularly during the off-season. We will definitely stay here again. ?

This property was perfect for our three family-friend couples and their infant children. Spacious and clean and in an excellent location. And the host was very prompt at answering any questions we had! Will definitely be back!

Perfect place to stay in the winter. Close to go snowmobiling and snowboarding. Get place to stay together as a family!

Stayed at Casita Turquesa over Labor Day Weekend 2022. The condo was more than we could have hoped for. There were plenty of rooms, beds, and bathrooms for all our guest. When we arrived everything was spotless. We had plenty of extra towels, and blankets. They also had everything we needed to do any laundry that came up. We loved ending our day taking a short walk to get a shake. The location is central in Garden City and offers lots of dining options. From the start of the process the owners were very helpful. Highly recommend!
