This quaint 2 bed/1 bath Casita offers the most convenient location in the development as it is a 2 minute walk to the beach and main clubhouse - where you'll find two restaurants, a bar and pool - all with coastal views!

The house sleeps 5 people comfortably with 1 king bed in the master bedroom and 3 twins in the guest room. The bedrooms have a shared bathroom while each has their own closet. There is a safe to secure valuables, a surf board rack for boards and plenty of common space in the main living area.

Within Rancho Santana, you have access to 5 beaches. Of these, two offer world-class surf spots while each is unique and magical in its own way.

This home is not part of Rancho Santana's Management Program. As of January 2023, Rancho Santana implemented a resort fee of $15/person/day plus tax (15%). This fee will be collected upon check in at the front desk concierge in order to have access to all of Rancho Santana's amenities and services.

Our flight was canceled and unable to be rescheduled for five days. I contacted the host and they got back to me within 15 minutes to book this place. They were so welcoming and accommodating. The place is beautiful and in such a great location. We enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Was a good accommodation. Very close to the clubhouse and pool. A little dated but the price reflected that. Definitely would recommend this place.

This is my 2nd time staying at this casita and 3rd time at Rancho Santana. Casita has everything that you need and the host is very helpful if you need anything. Santana is the perfect Central American getaway.

The casita was perfectly located near everything that you would need. Rancho Santana is a wonderful property with multiple beaches, a restaurant and bar, and 2 pools. The staff is very helpful and so is the host of this property. Would stay again
