The location is safe, the house is well designed and very private. The host Julia is amazing she is very nice , she helped me from the beginning to the end. I will recommend this place to stay, thanks Julia.

We absolutely loved our stay! Close to everywhere we wanted to be, quiet, and peaceful.

I had seen a few negative reviews before booking but chose to rely on the positive ones—this was a mistake.The property is advertised for 5 people, but this is not accurate: only 4 chairs, insufficient dishes, and no proper sleeping space for a fifth guest. The “double sofa bed” does not exist. When we pointed this out, the host said it referred to the lower bunk bed and that we misunderstood the listing, but it is clearly not designed for two people. We were then told someone should sleep on the worn not convertible sofa, which is not suitable for sleeping.The stove appeared unsafe (exposed/disconnected wires and constant “element ON” light). The AC was extremely loud, making it hard to sleep.Cleanliness was below standard (ants, house not clean, we had to clean ourselves the floors), and basic amenities were missing (dish soap, drying rack or cloth, laundry detergent…).Check-in was also problematic: despite informing the host of our arrival (9pm), there was no key in the lockbox at 8:30pm (check-in starts at 3pm), and the phone number didn’t work.We raised concerns during the stay but they were dismissed. We considered leaving early but couldn’t find another place on short notice.

Julia was an amazing host! She cared about our experience and was very responsive if we ever needed anything. The property was in a great location in Brickell, very easy to walk to restaurants and public transportation options! The place itself was clean and comfortable for us!

Julia was an exceptional host, really friendly, really attentive. The house is in a lovely area, with free parking and great access routes to the main areas of Miami. I would thoroughly recommend this property if you want a safe, secure peaceful area to base your stay in Miami.

Great place to stay and Julia was an excellent host. It is centrally located and fit our family of 5. Beautiful neighborhood and easy to get anywhere. We enjoyed driving to our destinations all around the Miami area.

Rustic yet cozy cottage. Very conveniently located. Very friendly and welcoming host who went above and beyond. Highly recommend.

Nice spot close to lots of things to do.

Our impression of this place was that it has a whole lot of potential but has been let go. The owner was nice and responded when we messaged her so that was good. We loved having a king size bed but we were a little disappointed. The house needs to have a very good cleaning. The furniture needs to be updated besides the bed that was good. One of the biggest things that made us upset was the air conditioning. We would turn it on and a few minutes later it would be turned off. Especially when we would leave it would be turned all the way to 82. When we would fall asleep it would be turned all the way up. We would wake up burning up. I finally talk with the owner and she act like she didn't know what was going on. I just think she was controlling it from her phone. Im sorry you dont do your guests that way. The place has potential but it just seems that she does not have time to take care of it.

The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The place was clean and the little outside place was nice. Located near public transport, but a little far form the city center to walk. Might want to check on the water pressure for the showers, which was little low. Other then that, it was a lovely stay.

Julia is a very sweet lady to deal with and the location is right in the middle of everything, so that is a large plus. It's a little cottage type structure behind the main house. There was some construction going on while we were there, but it didn't really affect our stay horribly as we were out and about during the day for the most part. I'm sure it is done by now. Not a bad little place and a good price for the area!

Property was in a great location, so close to dowtown Miami, but in a quiet little neighborhood. Several great restaurants in walking distance. The cottage itself was perfect - there were three of us and there was plenty of room.

We had a great stay in a well-located place. I was traveling with my children, aged 13, 17, and 18. Julia's house is located near a supermarket, very praticle. And its proximity to major roads to go at a lot of beaches andInteresting activity at Miami.The house was well equiped and comfy. We had a great time there.

Comfortable accommodations perfectly situated to Miami, beaches and Everglades. Yet outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Miami.

I spent a week here and absolutely loved the location. It’s very residential and quiet - yet it’s still close to everything. Great walking location too, was able to take my pups on long walks and walk to DT Brickell. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating. Would stay again!

We stayed here for our trip to Taylor swift and it was just what we were looking for- great location!
