Stayed Nov 7, 2025Yes, very welcoming. The only issue was our 3rd party slept on the couch and there were no blankets for him, so he had to use the comforter from one of the beds.

Stayed Sep 19, 2023I stayed for 5 nights and it was the best place I ever stayed on puerto peñasco, everything its close, food, restaurants, oxxos, pharmacys everything that you need!, the workers are amazing, pool super clean, they even let us stay 30-40 more minutes on the pool before closing hours, you feel safe on this neighboor, its quiet, I really recomend you staying on this place!, only thing its the internet its slow but it didnt bother us, This is going to be my place to go for sure!!

Stayed May 26, 2022We stayed at this condo for one night since arriving one day early to Rocky Point. The only hiccup was that the man at the entrance gates did not have our name, nor did he know where our condo was even though we provided the condo #. However, the owner was very easy to get ahold of. Jonathan was very prompt to answer our questions and was very helpful - he took care of everything right away, so thank you Jonathan! The condo is very nice and beautifully furnished and in a nice, quiet area.
