Casita Bonita - Oasis East Austin

Thank you Cesar for being an excellent host! The home was beautiful and well kept. The neighbourhood isn’t the greatest but we had no issues. Overall would stay here again. Location is excellent for getting around and close to amenities. We came for F1 and had zero issues getting to and from the track. Thank you!

Host was great and communication was excellent. However, the neighborhood was not what we expected. Across the street was a nice car that had been totaled while it was parked. It apparently has been abandoned. Street felt sketchy and we wouldn't want to go out in the evening. Given the question about the neighborhood, I felt we overpaid for the property.

Very easy to get around to different places in Austin. Felt safe in the house. The neighborhood is about the same all over austin, so dont let it deter you.

Caesar’s home exudes a warm and inviting ambiance. The place is beautifully decorated and very clean. Cesar was attentive to our needs and made sure our stay was great. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was convenient, as it was close to the places I visited. I would definitely stay again.

Friends and Family came in for the night from all over tx and cali. We went and saw a concert. The house was perfect. We had the times of our lives. Cesar was a perfect host!

Wasn’t expecting the location of the house in the area but did not feel unsafe while staying there

Communication with the host was perfect. He was quick to respond and very friendly. A great host. The house is in what appears to be an up and coming neighborhood. Lots of new houses being built but still some original small homes in the area. The interior of the house has been renovated beautifully and was clean and cute. An excellent overnight stay.

The house had everything needed and I mean everything it was a wonderful stay but the neighbor hood is a big no loud music morning to night we even had ppl in the neighborhood harassing us as we got into our car but if you can handle that type of neighborhood then this place is great for you & this is nothing the owner can control so nothing against him he was also wonderful & very helpful
