Ingram, Texas
This cabin was built in the mid-1930s along the Guadalupe River in the heart of the Hill Country. This cabin was lovingly restored and has modern upgrades while still maintaining a historic feel. During your stay you will have access to 350 ft of private river frontage on the Guadalupe River with canoes and kayaks available for guest use.
From Casita Blu is conveniently located with access to state parks, touring highways, great shopping in Old Ingram, and plenty of small-town amenities in Kerrville only 11 miles east.
Brian is an amazingly interesting and attentive host. Acces to the river just across the street was awesome.
We really enjoyed the location and the river. The cabin is small and cozy. Our only complaint is the AC & fridge stopped working on the second night & the cabin heated up quickly. Plan to bring your cooler and fans.there’s no central air and only has a window unit. Otherwise, perfect. We really loved having access to free kayaks, also. If you stay & take the kayaks out, be sure to go all the way to the end. I won’t spoil it but it’s worth it, trust me.
Just wonderful, everything you need was in the cabin, from pillows too the wife’s sugar for her coffee!
We had a great time
Nice quaint small cabin. Great location. Only problem was getting in touch with manager. We left something in cabin and left message but never returned call.
We were able to spend my husband’s 47th Birthday in the Hill Country at this fabulous little cabin by the river. The bed was so comfortable and we really enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. The porch swing was perfect for morning coffee and wine in the evening. One thing to note is the shower doesn’t stay hot very long so make it a quick one if more than one person needs to shower. The property is close to many restaurants and attractions. We will definitely recommend this place to friends and family and we will absolutely be back!!
Hubby and I were in the area 2 nights for the Kerrville Folk Festival. We knew that Ingram was a tad bit far from the Fest grounds, but the cabin Tres was very cute and had all that we needed. We didn't partake of the river, but enjoyed the view of it from our porch. We wish the bed had been king-sized, the bathroom larger, and the road noise less.
Each family rented their own cabin but we’re able to gather together on the grounds with campfires, barbecue pits and porch swings. Close to highway for small children. River access with canoes, floats etc. will come back every year.
Very nice well maintained property
A neighbor of the property a dog charged me and my therapy cat. I sprained my ankle . A cute well done remodel of the small quaint cottages be aware if you bring dogs and make sure u bring a lead and a crate
Nice place to stay. Enjoyed being right across the street from the river and great views. Could use a couple more towels but overall great place to spend a weekend.
