Communication leading up to the trip and check-in were great. Our accommodations, however, were a bit rustic. A little TLC would have improved our experience. The refrigerator doors need to be reversed; one of the kitchen cabinet doors was hanging off and had to be held closed when trying to open a drawer; could have used more soap and some shampoo in the bathrooms. As I said, these were minor things that could be easily remedied. Easy access to the beach was wonderful and be sure to go to Pops for a meal. Overall a good stay.
Cute little property across the street from the beach with the bay in the back yard - super bowl weekend so the TV both bedrooms and the living room was great ?
We brought our 13 year old and a friend down for our summer vacation. Decided to stay here for the first time because we liked the idea of the beach and bay at the same time. That we really enjoyed. Property is exactly what it says, which is enough. Is it the most modern and up to date place to stay, no, but it is not pretended to be that way. I feel it was exactly what we expected, which helped us enjoy our vacation. We dinged one start on cleaning because it wasn't bad but there were a couple little small things missed when we showed up. It was definitely cleaned thought, the solution and supplies were left in the sink. We loved sitting out watching the boats launch and land in the back. Quite fun to watch them after a day on the boat with some adult beverages. The checkin process was perfect!!! Everything was digital, easy and they over communicated (which is always good). We had no issues with check in or check out. Communication the entire time was awesome. Any time we needed anything, it was answered and they helped. We would definitely stay here again.
The room was nice, they need to put another set of curtains in the bedroom to block the sunlight from coming in other than that it was nice.
It was a great stay in a very interesting place
