Stayed Mar 1, 2025We enjoyed our stay in this home which had everything needed for a monthlong stay. Gitch was available if we had problems but we Really didn’t have any. The house is almost across the street from Nokomis Park, through which the Legacy Trail can be reached (However, it was closed for renovations in March 2025, but we just had to go further on about a half mile to get on the trail). We walked to cafe evergreen for dinner. Venice is about a 5-minute drive away, and it is also reachable by bike via the Legacy Trail.

Stayed Feb 3, 2024We had an excellent stay in Nokomas. The house was clean, roomy and in walking distance to shops, restaurants, a park, Legacy Bike Path. We took advantage of the kayak launch in the park to paddle around in the ICW. The large fenced in backyard was excellent for our pup. My wife was enamored with the extensive gardens. Excellent place!

Stayed Dec 20, 2022This house was perfect for us. Very clean and convenient to shopping and the legacy trail for walking and biking. The yard was huge and very private. Neighborhood was quiet but only minutes to downtown Venice and many beautiful beaches. We definitely recommend this property for a relaxing vacation

Stayed Mar 1, 2022We had an amazing stay here in Nokomis. The house was clean and roomy and within walking distance to great restaurant, pickle ball courts and the Legacy Bike path. The house was wonderful for our dogs. There’s a beautiful fenced in back yard for the dogs to play. There were two fire pits and a grill in the back yard. Gitch was fantastic, very responsive and he takes good care of the house. Highly recommend this property.

Stayed Dec 28, 2021We stayed at this property with our 2 dogs for the month of Jan. It was exactly as described and it was perfect for our family. The back yard is huge and we loved sitting out by the fire pit watching our dogs run around. It’s a short walk to the legacy trail and a quick drive into Venice or the Nort Jetty. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Feb 14, 2020Property was clean, spacious and had a big private yard. Julius and Laura live close by so if anything was needed, they were there very quickly. You are 5 minutes from downtown Venice which is beautiful. We came for the beaches and you won’t be disappointed. Venice and Nokomis beach are 5 minutes away and beautiful. There are another 4 to 5 beaches within 20 minutes including Siesta Key. Had a great time and would recommend this place to everyone. Thanks Julius and Laura. Joe and Amy
