Located 13 minutes’ drive from Massarosa and 23 minutes’ drive from Viareggio, this charming 2-bedroom holiday villa sets the scene for a carefree holiday with family and friends.

Inside, the detached holiday villa provides an inviting and well-presented interior, across a spacious ground floor and upper 1st floor. The layout is enhanced by gorgeous exposed beamed ceilings, rustic Italian charm and those all-important mod cons, such as free WiFi, a flat screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen. The ground floor features a beautiful open plan farmhouse-style living space, with family kitchen diner. The open plan room boasts scenic mountain views across the surrounding countryside, as well as a rustic open fireplace. To the upper 1st floor, a spacious double bedroom and 2nd double bedroom with extra single bed offer welcome family flexibility for groups of 4-5. Guests are asked to note that to reach the master double bedroom, they must first pass through the 2nd bedroom, as they are inter-connecting. A modern family shower room and private laundry facilities provide added convenience, whilst away.

Outside, the terrace leads down a flight of steps to a lower level dining area and swimming area beyond. Perfect for chilled-out summertime stays, the sunny private garden sets the scene for memorable holiday moments, with a covered outdoor sitting area, alfresco dining area with BBQ, a pair of sun loungers and private frame-style pool (open 1 June – 15 September) setting the scene. A private parking space is also provided at few meteres away from the casale, the car park is unpaved and the entrance is slightly uphill (for those looking to stay, a car is essential).

The detached holiday villa enjoys a quiet, authentic location in Gualdo, just 13 minutes’ drive away from Massarosa. The popular seaside resorts of Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi are 23-35 minutes’ drive away.
