This was our fourth stay here. The backyard is perfect to relax with family.The space and layout of the property gives everyone an adequate space to rest, recharge and have fun. Unfortunately, the property management company lacks in care and upkeep. The master bath’s toilet shook and was unstable since our first visit years ago. The gate (to access parking for the property) hasn’t been working adequately since we first stayed there- this visit, it didn’t open AT ALL. Say hello to no safety, and getting in a car 130 degrees each day. We had seniors with us so them having to walk/being at risk for overheating was an inconvenience. Really upsetting- as they knew the gate was broke for at least a week, but failed to communicate this to us. Appliances are in need of repair. I understand wanting an ROI, but the dishwasher sounded as if there were little cranking engines inside…pretty bad. Sad to say, we’ll be looking for an alternative place to stay next time

Beautiful property. Had issues checking in- our code would not work- and the instructions about codes were not accurate. For example there is a gate code - but no keypad for the driveway gate. Also the alarm went off- although the instructions stated that the alarm would be off. You must enter through the pedestrian gate go inside and get the remote for the gate. But it was easy to reach someone on the phone and get help. Also the air conditioner was locked at 74 degrees- which is a little warm for night time. Also there is a nice fire pit but couldn't use it because the sprinklers came on every hour and kept the sitting area wet. Overall a great place-

Could not have been better. Great weather, lots of space to sit and lounge by the pool. A fully equipped kitchen, all the bedrooms had king beds and a bathroom. A classic Palm Springs experience.

The house was beautiful, as was the pool. The owners were clear with their expectations of the house at the end, which I appreciated. The location was perfect. Would stay there again!

We wanted to play a short vacation nearby for our family before school began. We were drawn in by the pictures on the listing and the reviews were stellar. Above and beyond the property service was communicative leading up to our stay, during our stay and after. I knew before we arrived that our accommodations would be stellar. When we arrived the house looked amazing: clean, cool and cozy. The house overall was just so relaxing and luxurious. I've stayed in tidy homes before, but the cleanliness of this house was next level, including the pool. Thank you so much. We will definitely be searching for this house again when we make our way out to PS!

The property was wonderful, having en suites for all the bedrooms. The outdoor space was amazing and had everything needed to relax the entire week! The location to downtown was a very short drive. The casita was nice but a little outdated in comparison to the main house, dryer did not work in Casita. Would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful! Only problem was the sprinklers coming on every nite @ 9 which made it impossible to enjoy the jacuzzi or fire pit. It may have been by design to keep us in the house and quiet

Myself and 3 friends stayed at Casa Zen last week and already can’t wait to go back! The house is conveniently located on a quiet street, walking distance to coffee shops, ice cream and our favorite, Bar Cecil. Everything else was a short Uber ride away (potentially walkable to downtown if it was cooler). The house was clean and well appointed. The pool was a dream. The separate casita gave additional privacy to the couple in this group. Every bedroom had an en suite bathroom which was perfect. The house management company couldn’t have been better to work with! When we told them there was a issue with the front gate they sent someone out to fix it immediately. I highly recommend this house for anyone visiting Palm Springs.

Beautiful setting, great location, all the amenities and supplies needed for a relaxing stay. Bed was so comfortable, all the extras like good lotion, soaps and shampoos much appreciated. We will be back!

The pool and hot tub are great. Upon arrival we could not access the casita which was a required room for our guests. There are two washer/dryer sets in the home and neither dryer worked. Additionally, the staff told us they knew in advance of our stay that neither dryer was functional. The house alarm battery was dead and it continued to beep. We needed to have people come to the house three times to fix things in the home. For the price we paid these types of issues are not acceptable. The management company has agreed to a small refund which has not yet arrived. It's important they recognize the impact of the issues on our vacation but it would be more important to have the house guest-ready prior to our arrival.
