An incredibly lovely place! We spent our 1 year anniversary here for 5 nights and we will definitely be coming back for future stays. The property was extremely clean. The neighborhood was quiet and cute and very close to the rail yard and Santa Fe Plaza. Many many restaurants and coffee shops to choose from in very short walking distance. We were absolutely in love with this property and can't wait to visit again.

Well appointed, clean and cheery flat/apartment. Spaciously laid out. Easy to walk to downtown and other sites. Backyard patio was lovely for just hanging out.

This condo is in a great location and price is cost effective but BEWARE. There is no local host. This is owned by a corporation and if you have any issues, good luck to you! You get a 1-800. We had trouble with being locked out because the keypad deadbolt was old and needed replacing. It was difficult to get any answers or help. The unit is pretty basic and the upstairs carpet is old and stained. This was one of my more disappointing VRBO/Vacasa stays. For the price, maybe this is what I should have expected. Honestly, I could have overlooked the cleanliness and dated unit if there was a real, live local host that had been helpful but there was not. When we needed help getting inside to get my husband's medication because we were locked out, the lady on the 1-800 was rude to me and would not give me any local contact information. Its a long saga that I won't bore anyone with but in a nutshell this is run by a management company and they are not very helpful.

Great Condo, excellent location. We left some items in the condo, and despite repeated attempts we have not heard back about our belongings other than left items are not a priority. I get that, but some attempt to help us out would be nice as obviously it is a priority to us. Disappointing.

This was a perfect spot to enjoy restaurant week and some hiking. We would definitely do it again. Shops and restaurants were all within walking distance.

My friend and I were very impressed with both the wonderful space and location within walking distance to the downtown area. The communication was outstanding and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Thank you for helping to make our trip a pleasurable experience.

This is a lovely roomy townhouse condo with lots of amenities including a small private yard and front balcony located in a quiet neighborhood. It is only a few blocks to The Railyard area with the Main Plaza a few blocks beyond - very walkable and convenient to just about everything.

Walking distance to rail yard and restaurants make this a convenient location. Seemed safely tucked away. Would have preferred better cookware, and the toaster oven was so worn that the switches to operate were not readable. Lots of significantly overgrown weeds on patio and a little worn inside, but still allowed us to relax and enjoy the home.

This was a perfect place to stay in Santa Fe. The home was clean, beautifully appointed, comfortable and quiet. We’re an active couple in our 60s and found this to be a fantastic location, with an easy walk to the Railyard, the Plaza, and Canyon Road.

Already reviewed in previous message. Only problem was that the entry key pad never worked for us. Everything else was fine.

This lovely home was perfectly located within walking distance to Santa Fe Plaza, the Railyard district, and even Sprouts. It was tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture—that couch! Beautiful kitchen. We Ubered to Meow Wolf, and another venue, otherwise walked. It was hard to leave after five days. We liked Joseph’s Culinary Pub (in neighborhood), Ikonic for breakfast, Tia Sophia, Cowgirl Cafe, Plaza Cafe on the Plaza, Luminaria. We took the chocolate walking tour, a ghost tour, a cooking class at Santa Fe school of cooking, went to Legally Blond, local theater production, and Meow Wolf, Loretto Chapel. Walked to most.
