Modern terraced house with sea views and communal pool Casa Vista Dunas is a terraced house with all the modern conforts you may wish for and with stunning views acroos the Prado de Castilnovo all the way to the Atlantic Ocean. The light-flooded living room with dining area is the heart of the house. It is open plan to the kitchen and has a large flat screen tv, internet access and air conditioning (hot/ cold) which makes it very comfortable in the winter as well. The terrace is accessed fromthe kitchen as well as from the living room. On the ground floor there is also a small shower room. The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a double bed, tv, en suite bathroom and access to a small balcony. The second bedroom has two single beds and shares a bathroom with the third bedroom (twin). All bedrooms are air conditioned. The house has a fantastic roof terrace with stunning panoramic views of the countryside and the ocean. It has a sun roof and is furnished with sunbeds. The communal area with swimming pool is located just across the street (open all year round).
