The Space:
“Casa Verde” is an oasis in the center of Oaxaca. It is a complete house that preserves its original facade to maintain its spirit, its interior has been renovated to give it new energy with the goal of being comfortable, functional and with great style. The combination of Oaxacan materials such as green quarry and fine woods, create a cozy atmosphere when combined with a spectacular garden, designed around the original trees, which are 50 - 60 years old. You can enjoy a dip in the pool, surrounded by plants and trees, which give it freshness. All the premium details of “Casa Verde” have been thought out so that you have a great experience. The house has a living room, 4 bedrooms with air conditioning and multifunctional furniture with work areas (2 bedrooms with king-size beds, 1 bedroom with queen-size bed and 1 bedroom with double bed), 3 bathrooms (2 of them with spectacular domes) and a half bathroom, a kitchen equipped with top-quality appliances and dishes, a porch, a dining room, a private garden, a laundry center, and parking for two cars. One of the bathrooms serves the porch and the pool zone. “Casa Verde” is strategically located in the center of Oaxaca, one and a half blocks from the Holiday Inn Express Oaxaca hotel, half a block away from the picturesque park “Jardín Conzatti” and one block from the largest park in the city “El Llano”. It allows you to get to know the historic center on foot or by bicycle, for example, the Ex Convent of Santo Domingo is a 12-minute walk away. The best restaurants, bars, museums, churches and places of interest are just a few blocks away. Near the “Casa Verde” you will find convenience stores, an organic market, a traditional market, and laundry . The best gardens and wedding venues are located just a few blocks away from “Casa Verde”. The most renowned restaurants, local food places, weddings venues, bars and above all, the most emblematic historical sites, you will find them very close.

Getting Around:
You can get around the historic center on foot. If you need to go outside the center, a block and a half away there are bus stops to different areas of the city or to nearby towns. The bike path is a few blocks away, so you can rent a bicycle. “Casa Verde” has space to park a car , they can stay at home while you tour the city of Oaxaca.
