Casa Verde Charming Adobe 3-bedroom 2-bath house with yard in Marfa

The house was spacious and roomie. The house seemed to be a very old home as are most in the area which meant every floor makes noise. It’s only an issue during night time. If someone is trying to sleep in both the primary bedroom and the bedroom directly under, try to not walk to the restroom or even cough. The upstairs floor makes a ton of noise and the floor is very thin where you can hear everything that goes on in the room below. Again, I think these things are typical of houses of this age and area. It just wasn’t something I had thought about prior. I appreciated plenty of towels and toilet paper provided as well as a simple checkin and checkout. We could have used a couple more soft blankets on a couple of the beds. There were 5 locked doors marked “private” which seemed a bit strange to have that many however we did have room to store all of our things. The kitchen was very spacious and it had every thing we needed to prepare meals. The house is also located in an area that’s easy to get in and out of.

We were very satisfied with our stay. We came for Thanksgiving and loved it. The fully stocked kitchen was amazing to cook in (except I could have really used a pair of scissors). The play area in the back for my 4 year old was great. A quick walk around the corner to the grocery store and 10 minutes further and you could enjoy a cold beer on a patio.

This is a super cool house in Marfa. Close to everything. Very peaceful and quiet. Loved it!

Loved the house! Layout, back area and rooms. A/c in top right room was buzzing loud, could have used but heads up. Coffee lovers; Bring own coffee set up, electric kettle and coffee maker didn’t work. Kuerig on site but pods super old. Was told coffee was good but nah. The fridge didn’t keep cold and was told not to adjust temp. Kept most things in our coolers. If it wasn’t for Marfa prob a different review. Had a good time with fam/friends. Again, cool house!

Lots of space. Fun art throughout the house. Nice bathrooms. Nice outdoor space.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa Verde. It was truly the perfect Marfa retreat for our family. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was so nice to cook in.

We had a wonderful stay in Marfa with family. We were here for a week and the house provided a comfy, cozy stay with plenty of room for 2 couples and 2 teens. We appreciated the large TV in the living room to keep up with the baseball playoffs and watch a movie or two when we were done for the day. Kitchen is huge and the back area was perfect for sitting outside. Thank you!!
