Stayed Jan 10, 2025Located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Very clean and super easy to communicate with the owner. The only comment i have to leave is that I wish the property had a bigger water heater to supply more hot shower water because it was cold outside in January .

Stayed Nov 1, 2024Casa Verde is located just two blocks north of the campus of Colorado College, so it is perfect for attending any events there. The room was clean, bright and pleasant. Truly a nice place to stay.

Stayed Dec 29, 2023My husband and I drove down from Littleton for a quick weekend away and it was perfect! Everything was clean, cozy, private, and welcoming and the hot tub was a huge bonus. Both nights we sat out under the stars before bed and it was the perfect way to unwind. The location also can't be beat- everything you need is nearby, whether it's food, shopping, or outdoor activities. Ryan was attentive and we hope to be back. The only downside? We never got to meet their dog ;)

Stayed Nov 20, 2023We loved staying at La casa verde! The room was perfect for myself and my partner for our short stay in Colorado Springs. The hosts provided complimentary coffee and toiletries which were much appreciated. While we did not use the hot top it was great to have the option. The stay was quiet and peaceful. We definitely recommend anyone who is staying in Colorado Springs to stay at la casa verde!
