Semi-independent, with a private entrance, courtyard on two sides, it develops on the ground floor and a raised floor. Internally, the living room houses a modern equipped kitchen, also with a dishwasher, and a table with 4 seats. TV and fast and unlimited Wi-Fi internet, accessible from the entire property. Eight steps to the upper floor where there is the full bathroom, with shower and washing machine, and the double bedroom, equipped with a large wardrobe and access to the courtyard. Modern split air conditioning for both hot and cold in the living room and bedroom make this house pleasantly livable in all seasons. Externally, the large covered porch with a view of nature invites you to spend the holiday outdoors.
