Casa Tres: Charming, quiet retreat near the sandy beach of Playa Encanto

Should have an beach umbrella and beach chairs because is not shades or trees by the beach , should be a dvr to watch movies , but beside that everything was wonderful Thanks

The neighborhood & beach are stunning & weren’t crowded either time. The home is clean, comfortable & well laid-out for travelers wanting chill time &/or beach adventures. Oceano coordinated an in-house deep tissue massage which was fabulous for helping my sports injuries. Highly recommend this place!

The property was clean and of the right size, pretty close to the beach. The beach was practically alone, no vendor or people offering services. It is also worth mentioning that the closest grocery store is 30 min away.

We loved that this house is just one block away from the beach. It has a great open-concept design, with an amazing kitchen and living room. The only downside is that it doesn't have a washer and dryer. Additionally, a few beach chairs and an umbrella would be a nice touch for guests to take to the beach. Otherwise, the company and owner were amazing—communication was excellent. We will definitely be coming back to this property. If the owner or company updates the property with chairs, please inform your renters. Thank you!
