Casa Torote, La Ventana

We had a wonderful stay at this property! We loved how everyone had their own space yet there was plenty of common space to get together. The location is great too with a little store, a coffee shop and lunch options nearby. Memo was easy to contact if needed

We really enjoyed the property. I don't think it should be advertised for up to 9 people. It really sleeps 6 (3 queen beds) , with possibly 1 person on a pullout couch. Alsp, it eould be helpful if there were a few more loynge chairs by the poil.It could use.

Location couldn’t have been any better near bars, restaurants, two coffee shops, and a market. Short easy walk to the beach. There are three separate suites which worked out well for two couples and a single.

Awesome in every way!

This was our first VRBO stay in El Sargento and we feel like we found our home away from home. The house has three very private bedrooms (one is a stand alone casita/studio) with three private baths. The outdoor pool/kitchen has a bathroom that can be shared. It's perfect for 3 couples who want to hang out together but still have privacy. Memo is an amazing and very responsive host. The beds are super comfy, the linens are great, the pool and hot tub are perfectly heated, and the kitchen has everything you desire. And we couldn't wait for the sun to rise every morning - spectacular views! We've already booked our stay again next year.

We absolutely love this property. This is the second time we’ve stayed here in the last two years. It’s always very clean and a great great neighborhood. We will keep coming back for many years to come.

This was our second stay at the Casa Torote. As before, our stay at the house was wonderful. The host Memo was very responsive with the early check in and late check out request. The property itself was immaculate and in a great location. Although we just came back from our vacation we are looking forward to our next adventure in Casa Torote and El Sargento. Thank you again.

This property is nothing short of amazing! This is an absolute gem of a place - great location, beautiful views, all the amenities and even a heated pool for the kiddos!!

With eight people in our party, we needed space to spread out but also space to gather together. Casa Torote did not disappoint! From the pool to the palapa grill area and outdoor seating to the upper deck with the gas fireplace/firepit, we had more than enough space to enjoy the beauty of this seaside accommodation and watch the spectacular sunrises. The ocean view is gorgeous! Practically, the kitchen is well equipped with cooking pots and pans and enough dishes and silverware as well as drink making paraphernalia. Fridge, dishwasher, stove and oven worked well. Having four bathrooms in the compound is convenient. The beds were comfortable. There were maintenance issues that were easily taken care of. Memo and Marcos were responsive to our requests. Our party made warm Christmas memories in La Ventana. We highly recommend the place!
