Casa Tiki – House Rules

• Quiet Hours: 11:00 PM per Cape Coral regulations. No loud music or disruptive noise, especially outdoors and near the pool.

• No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.

• Registered Guests Only: Only guests on the reservation are allowed. No unapproved visitors or overnight guests.

• No Smoking: No smoking inside the home or under the tiki. Smoking is permitted outside near the front door or garage. Dispose of cigarette butts properly.

• No Pets: Pets are not allowed. Unauthorized pets may result in additional fees or cancellation.

• Pool & Tiki Area: Use at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty. No glass, food, or drinks in the pool. No pool parties. Children must be supervised. Pool heating is available by request with 24 hours’ notice.

• BBQ Grill: Use at your own risk. Do not leave unattended. Turn gas off after use and clean the grill.

• Temperature: Keep doors and windows closed when using A/C. Default setting is 75°F.

• Internet: Do not unplug WiFi equipment.

• Trash: Trash bins are located beside the garage. Trash day is Wednesday.

• Parking: Park in either driveway. Garage is not available for parking (converted to Arcade Room).

• Safety: Guests assume responsibility for their own safety. Waterfront property—use caution near canal and pool.

• Check-Out: Checkout time is 10:00 AM. Late checkout without approval may result in additional fees.

• Refunds: No refunds due to weather or natural disasters.

Violations of these rules may result in additional fees or termination of the reservation without refund.
