Casa Talebbi is a stylish San Felipe Vacation Rental situated in the beach section of El Dorado Ranch, San Felipe, Baja California, Mexico. This is one of the few homes with in-house WiFi. Step in the front entrance and you are welcomed by the living room which exudes a modern-contemporary vibe. The sofa and couch are all very comfortable.A flat-screen TV with Dish TV connection as well as a DVD player are all available for your entertainment.

There are 3 big bedrooms. The grandiose master bedroom — wake up in the morning and pull back the curtains to enjoy magnificent views of the 18-hole golf course, which is the only golf course in San Felipe. Discounted rates apply for Casa Talebbi guests. The master bedroom features a mini-living-room section with a couch plus flat-screen TV hooked up with Dish TV, and a private bath with his-and-her sinks, tub, and shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed to comfortably sleep two guests with superb views. The third bedroom has two bunk beds ideal for sleeping 4 guests. The maximum accommodation of this San Felipe Vacation Rental is 8 guests. Please read carefully: Maximum occupancy is 10 guests. This rental comes with 6 pool passes only. If 10 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool. Children 12 years and under do not need a pool pass.

As seen in the pictures, the open floor design connects the living room to the kitchen. The kitchen is very spacious and has a kitchen island with bar stools. All essential appliances are included — microwave oven, blender, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking range, and more. This San Felipe Vacation Rental is great for entertaining as this would not be complete without a BBQ grill. A charcoal-powered BBQ grill is available on the back porch for creating some delicious meals. Popular with guests is to go fishing and come back home and grill your catch. Rooftop access is available for guest use with nice views. All guests enjoy access to swimming pool, tennis courts, private beach, and much more.

NOTE: Garage is not available for guest use. However, there is plenty of parking outside and this is very safe courtesy of our 24-hour security. Monthly rentals available — utilities are additional with a utility security deposit required. Off-road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar section — if you bring them, secure parking is available at the gate for $10 per day. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.
