Bringing a Boat
Casa Solena is a convenient home base for boaters, just minutes from Warner’s Bayou Boat Ramp. The spacious driveway measures approximately 23 feet wide by 50 feet long and accommodates many vehicle, boat, and trailer setups. A hose is available for rinsing gear after a day on the water. Please compare your setup with the driveway dimensions before booking. Feel free to message us if you have any questions!


Guest access
Guests have full private access to the home and backyard. Self check-in is available via smart lock. There is parking in the driveway for up to 4 vehicles. No street parking.

The spacious driveway also offers room for many boat and trailer setups, with a hose available for rinsing your boat and gear after a day on the water.

Other things to note
Pet-Free Property: Casa Solena is intentionally maintained as a pet-free property due to severe pet allergies within our family and out of consideration for future guests who specifically seek pet-free accommodations. Please ensure this policy works for your travel plans before booking.

Registered Guests & Occupancy: Casa Solena accommodates a maximum of 10 registered guests. The nightly rate includes up to 6 guests, with an additional fee of $35 per guest, per night for guests 7–10. For safety and insurance purposes, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests staying.

Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older and remain at the property for the duration of the stay.

Quiet Hours & Events: Casa Solena is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, and parties or events are not permitted.

Sunroom: The sunroom features large windows and plenty of natural light, which can make the space feel warmer during peak summer afternoons.

Plunge Pool: The pool is shallow and designed for cooling off and relaxing. No diving is permitted, and children must be supervised at all times.

Water Heater: The home has a standard residential water heater. For larger groups, we recommend spacing out showers to ensure everyone has plenty of hot water.

Florida Wildlife: As with homes throughout coastal Florida, guests may occasionally encounter native wildlife such as lizards, geckos, tree frogs, insects, and mosquitoes, particularly during warmer months. The home receives regular professional pest control service, but occasional wildlife is a natural part of the Florida environment.

Fragrance Notice: An automatic fragrance diffuser is located in the laundry room and operates briefly once per day. Guests with fragrance sensitivities or allergies should keep this in mind when booking and are welcome to reach out with any questions.

Noise & Occupancy Monitoring: A Minut device in the main living area monitors noise levels, occupancy levels, and cigarette smoke to help ensure house rules are followed. It does not record audio, conversations, or video.

Exterior Security Cameras: Exterior cameras monitor the front entry, driveway, and front yard for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home or in the backyard.
