Noise and location considerations: This home is located in central Santa Fe, right along St Francis Drive. While Santa Fe is not a large city, there is potential for outside road noise and foot traffic due to the property's proximity to the center. Recently, new windows were added in the master bedroom, which have significantly reduced the noise levels. The noise was measured at 45 decibels inside. If you are overly sensitive to noise, we do suggest ear plugs or finding an alternate property.

Pets are allowed on a case by case basis with an additional fee of $35/pet per night. You must reach out to us about your pet prior to making your reservation

We didn’t have a winery so I’m not sure why that was on the survey. The house was terrific! Well located, everything we needed and great communication from the owner. My bed was so comfortable, I’m looking to get another bed at home LOL!

Casa Saint Francis is an adorable place. It is as advertised. Walking distance to the Railyard. It is on a busy street but street noise did not bother us. If you plan to grocery shop and do lots of cooking just know that the fridge is small. Otherwise, very comfortable and nicely decorated. Lots of little “extra” touches throughout.

The space was pristine, well-stocked, and we appreciated the multiple AC units. The host was very responsive / communicative, and left thoughtful touches like bottled water and extra snacks. Great location with walkability to Railyard area and right on Sr Francis. Due to proximity to St Francis there was some road noise, kit something to be aware of if you're light sleeper. Our kids use white noise machines and has no issues.

This place was perfect for our family of 4. It was monsoon season, so we didn't get to use the back area, but it looked really cute. There was a nice welcome basket, easy instructions, and a kitchen fully stocked with cutlery and dinnerware. Other reviews complained about the street noise, but it didn't bother us. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The location may not rate a perfect 10/10, but once you step inside the casa, perfection awaits. Clearly the owners have invested considerable time, , and attention to detail into the casa. It’s spacious, functional, and has all the amenities (toiletries, kitchen utensils, etc.) one would ever need. Clearly, one of the top VRBOs I’ve stayed at. Wonderful visit.

Location right by a very busy street was not ideal. Lots of noise even at night. Totally appreciated the welcome basket, in particular the doggie bones! That is attention to detail. Thank you!
