The house is cleaned and sanitized by a trained crew. Our enhanced cleaning includes a 24 hour vacancy period between bookings.
Gated, private, resort style home. Brand new 45 Ft long saltwater pool with expansive tanning shelf. Soak in the hot tub while enjoying the unobstructed view of the magnificent San Jacinto Mountain. Large illuminated waterfall to sooth the senses. Two seating areas with a fire pit each, to keep the ambiance warm during thecool winter desert nights. Green lawn, citrus and palm trees.

Spacious modern interior with contemporary artwork that provides style and comfort to your vacation. Large chef kitchen with island and breakfast area.
Two comfortable en suite bedrooms and two other smaller bedrooms sharing one bathroom.
Grand piano in the den for the music lovers.
Dining table sits up to 10 comfortably.
The outdoor space invites to total relaxation. There are both sunny and shady lounging areas around the pool.

The neighborhood:

- We are in the famed Movie Colony, within walking distance (10-15 mins) to the Uptown Design district, art galleries, boutique shops and downtown restaurants.
- Across the street, the Ruth Hardy park and the Desert Wellness park offer (free) tennis courts, playgrounds and walking trails.
- A large shopping center (5 mins by car), located at Vista Chino and Sunrise, offers several services: World Gym, Albertsons super market, Starbucks (within Albertsons), Mexican and Salvardoran restaurants, Wellsfargo bank/ATM, Walgreen's.
- The Desert Medical Center and clinics are 2 blocks away.

Getting around:

- The Sunline free shuttle Buzz offers free service Thursday through Saturday, noon - 10pm. The bus stop to downtown (N. Palm Canyon Dr at Tachevah Dr) is approx. 5 mins walking.
- Downtown Palm Springs is 5 mins by car.
- Taxi and Ride shares such as Uber and Lyft are readily available.

- This is a non-smoking property.
- If you are looking for a place to relax, this house is for you. IT IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. Per Palm Springs City ordinance, outdoor music is NOT permitted at any level at any time; and indoor music must not be heard from the property line. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Violation of the City Ordinance may result in fines over $1000 USD, and may result in immediate eviction from the property and or loss of all monies/refunds.
- Quiet hours: between 10 PM and 8 AM
- Check-in time: after 3 PM
- Check out time: before 11 AM
- Children MUST be accompanied by adults at all time when they are near or in the pool and the hot tub.
- Guests are free to play the piano.
- No sitting ON the piano.
- No food or drink ON the piano.
- 5 security cameras: 1 in the carport, 1 over the front door, 1 over the side gate leading to the pool (facing parking, not towards pool), 1 over the south front gate, 1 over the side yard near the kitchen. All camera recordings are motion activated.

- The Garage is NOT accessible to guests.
- The fifth bedroom is kept locked and is NOT accessible to guests.
- Guests are encouraged to park all cars within the gates of the property. The carport and the driveway can easily accommodate 5 cars.
- No more than 8 overnight guests are allowed in the house. Children over 4 years of age are counted as guests. Violation will result in immediate eviction and loss of all monies and refunds.

- RENTAL AMOUNT INCLUDES HOT TUB HEATING BUT DOES NOT INCLUDE POOL HEATING. Pool heating fee $95 per day.
We will send a request to obtain payment for heating fee if you decide to have the pool heated.

- The pool and yard lights are scheduled to be off at 2am daily.

- The pool attendant and the gardener are on the premises every Monday and Thursday morning. They have their own keys to the gate and will not interfere with guests’ privacy.

We are not able to accommodate animal of any kind due to owner’s allergies.

Cleaning instructions:
Guests are required to remove their trash before check out.
To guests staying 8 days or more, we offer one complementary cleaning per week.

    Great house for a family vacation. The backyard and pool are amazing. The house is well stocked with all of the essentials and the property manager was very helpful. The location is perfect for families as it is across the street from Ruth Hardy Park. Also very close to hiking and great restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

    Beautiful house, well maintained. Plenty of room for our multi-generational vacation. Kitchen and pantry well stocked. Bedrooms are large and beds comfortable. Great pool. Well worth paying extra for heating. Grandkids swam every day, even during cool mornings/evenings and when raining. Fire pits and patio heaters allowed us to enjoy the outdoor space in almost any temperature. Great location. Close to uptown Palm Springs, grocery stores and walking distance to several restaurants. Property manager Tony was friendly and quickly responded to our texts. Thanks for a great getaway!

    Pros: The owner and property manager are great. The house is very clean and well maintained. Kitchen is well-stocked and very large. Bed is comfortable. Cons: There can be helicopter/traffic noise for the nearby hospital. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

    We stayed at the house with 2 families and it was perfect for our trip. The outdoor area was great with the large pool, hot tub, outdoor fire pits, and plenty of outdoor seating. The inside was spacious too giving us plenty of room to spread out. The location was nice across from the park and easy access to downtown.

    Had a great stay at this house that is in close walking proximity to Palm Canyon Drive. We had some issues with the house and unwelcome guests, but the property manager Tony was very responsive to our communications and easily accessible when needed. The real star of this house is the large pool with water features as well as the fountain. They all beautifully light up at night. Though the house is on a busy road, the water features help to drown out the noise of cars.

    This property was clean, comfortable, had everything we needed. The Property Manager Tony was very communicative and helpful. Everything in the house from the beds to the kitchen lived up to the photos,. The Pool is amazing - very large and with lights and deck jets. We hope to come stay here again sometime!

    We rented this home for an extended family getaway. We selected this one in particular because of the open floor plan, the pool, the ratio of beds to baths, and the proximity to the park & downtown amenities. Needless to say, we chose well! The beds were very comfortable, the pool and grounds were clean, and the property manager Tony was super prompt, friendly, and informative. The kitchen had everything necessary for meal prep, there are fruit trees on the property and a lovely hammock for shaded naps. We're truly considering this property for all future visits with the family as there was nothing to be desired.

    What a delightful stay at this wonderful home! The pictures don’t capture the space and light and comfort of this home. The kitchen offers everything the home chef needs—I was in heaven. The grounds are extraordinary and we loved every minute of our stay.

    We truly had the best time at this stunning property. The outdoor living area was beyond spectacular and where we spent most of our time. I cannot say enough nice things about the property manager Carl. He was so helpful and kind. We hope to come stay here again sometime!
