Stayed Apr 15, 2026Loved everything about this house — the location and its easy walkability, the fully equipped kitchen, the sweet cozy garden with hot tub, everything we needed for a very comfortable first-time visit in Santa Fe. Very quiet neighborhood but close to the Plaza, the Railyard, and lots of the city. Absolutely recommend!

Stayed Mar 23, 2026Lovely walkable home for us and our pups. Kitchen had what we needed. Hot tub was relaxing after lots of walking. Home was comfy and clean. Back yard needs a little TLC. A couple broken chairs were sitting out along the side of the main part of backyard. Looks like the owners may be working on the yard.Overall a great stay.

Stayed Jan 6, 2026This is a very comfortable old home in a neat little quiet neighborhood. The home was built in the 30s and has been somewhat restored, but you still appreciate the original architecture and some of the cool kitschy things. The location is perfect - easy walk to the square and Georgia O’Keefe museum.Kitchen is stocked with some basics. Bed and bedding are excellent. Had issues with lack of communication with the host, and instructions are sparse for things like the heat and fireplace but we figured it out. Overall, we loved it and would definitely stay again

Stayed Oct 29, 2025Quaint comfortable home in a quiet residential neighborhood that is within walking distance to the plaza and art galleries. The kitchen is well equipped, and nice furniture throughout; though the master bed was a bit on the firm side for me (my only complaint)

Stayed Sep 27, 2025Cute little old but gently redone casa about a half mile walk from the plaza. We had a rental car and it was easy to get anywhere and everywhere from the location of this property. Do yourself a favor and take the 2 Hour Dr. to Taos. Some of the most spectacular scenery you'll see in the southwest is between Santa Fe and Taos! At some points you are following the Rio Grande river so be sure to pull off into the roadside areas, take photos and soak in the beauty. Cutest little courtyard at this property or just the front porch for enjoying morning tea or an afternoon glass of wine.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025I could happily live in this home. It is a quintessential adobe home, very comfortable furniture and very nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked; the pots and pans were of a high quality. It's an easy walk to town, the farmer's market, the grocery store. There are 3 outside sitting areas, including a hot tub. I highly recommend this rental. A couple suggestions: 1) there is a very cute, eclectic trunk at the end of the bed; there are additional pillows in the bathroom closet. Use these to put on either end of the trunk to prevent hitting your toe in the middle of the night. 2) in the living area, is a raised brick area with a fireplace on it. There is a chair to the left of it as you are facing it. Put another chair on the right to prevent ramming your foot into the raised area. My foot is still sore :) Don't let either of these affect your decision on this home, just use the pillows & an extra chair. This is a delightful home.

Stayed Sep 15, 2025Our entire stay was delightful, and we will return to this property on our next trip. The house was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and elegantly decorated--perfect for a romantic stay for a couple. The kitchen is fully equipped if you wish to cook in. We liked that we could walk to our favorite places in 10-20 minutes: Santa Fe School of Cooking, the Georgia O'Keeffe Museum, the Plaza, La Fonda,The Shed, El Palacio and La Boca. Canyon Road, Sprouts, Whole Foods, La Choza and Clafoutis are all an easy drive away. The only slight glitch was that I never had any direct contact from the property manager, despite direct-messaging through VRBO on the day of check-in, with questions. When we got to the casita, the owner Michael happened to be there checking on the property. He was a terrific host throughout our stay! We recommend the property without reservation.Michael & Susan, Raleigh, NC

Stayed Aug 3, 2025Perfect, convenient location for walking or riding to the plaza and the railyard area. We enjoyed taking coffee on the front patio each morning - so peaceful. Pleasant neighbors! The home was well stocked with everything needed for a comfortable, worry-free stay. Super comfy bed and bedroom - led to great sleep and fully recharging for the next day's adventures. If available, I would book the home again when back in Santa Fe.

Stayed Jul 14, 2025If you like the pictures of this rental you will love the home in person! The owner has improved the property in many ways. As you drive up you'll notice beautiful landscaping; flowers were in full bloom. The first thing you'll notice inside is that the home is immaculate. The main bedroom has beautiful new bedding that looks like a pottery barn add. Also, the small washer dryer has been replaced with a top of the line steam washer/dryer.
