The home is the perfect example of the quintessential indoor/outdoor living experience that Santa Fe is known for. On the north side, you'll find a lovely grassy area with a covered patio—ideal for grilling and relaxing. On the south side, a terraced yard provides an amazing view of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, perfect for watching the mountains change colors asyou sip your evening cocktail.

As you enter through the front door, you'll be greeted by a cozy living room with a charming kiva fireplace. The bedrooms are located at each end of the house, offering added privacy for guests. The master suite features a luxurious king bed, its own kiva fireplace, and a regal mirrored dressing room that leads to the master bath. The guest room is beautifully appointed with twin beds that can be converted into a king, providing flexibility for different sleeping arrangements.

Enjoy a fully stocked, beautifully remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances and marble countertops, perfect for preparing meals. The dining room comfortably seats six, making it ideal for shared meals.

In addition to the main house, Casa Poco Joya now offers a fully furnished, well-equipped detached guest house (casita). The guest house offers an additional 800 square feet of space for added comfort and privacy.
