The primary guest must sign a rental agreement. This home requires a minimum 28-day stay per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. Occupancy is limited to a maximum of 8 people, and all overnight guests need to be registered with the property manager. No smoking. There's a cap on electric ($300) and water/sewer ($200).

    Pro,sNice house two separate suitesConvienent location walk to the resturantGreat area to walk the people are really friendlyConsNeed a bit of deck furniture downstairs loungers outdoor table and chairs. We cleaned the mildew off the two chairs downstairs.Replace missing cupboard door in kitchenThorough post construction cleaning, Floors inside cupboards etc… just sawdust not dirty. We did scrub the floors after arriving.Improved communication from the property manager. -we were told there might be painting to finish off the first day or two we were there. The painter were there for the first week and a half replacing trim and painting. Air compressors sanding and painting did take away from our experience. The painters were nice and did a great job.-We we’re advised by the property manager that she would speak with the owner and offer sone type of compensation for the inconvience. -We attempted to book fo 2024 however the property manager had the listing shown as unavailable and took a week to return our texts, we booked another property instead.- the final compensation for the inconvience we were offered a 250 discount if we rented the house again.The owner should get a new property manager and with a few small improvements he’s got a great property
