Stayed Mar 5, 2023The townhome was perfect for our small family! We loved the location to the beach and the view from the balconies was great! There were a few small things that were less than ideal but nothing was a deal breaker. The A/C runs very loud! There is no cable in this place. You would need to bring a streaming device like ROKU or Apple TV, something like that. The TV upstairs has Samsung TV but with limited channels. However, for us, this is not a huge deal. Just something to know in case it is a big deal for others. There is a grocery store within walking distance and a little place to eat, All of the main attractions of GI are about a 20-30 minute drive but for those who like peace and quiet like us, this was not an issue. I think with a few little tweaks this place would be even better but I definitely plan to keep the name to stay here again!

Stayed Jul 17, 2025Location was perfect to head to the beach. Quiet and calm beach. Many frogs, toads, rabbits around the condo, and many small crabs to find in the ocean. Wagon was a treat to be able to bring to the beach.

Stayed Jun 22, 2025The condo is close to the beach with an easy walk. The furniture and beds are comfy and clean. The beach toys, wagon, canopy, and chairs were all in good shape. The grill was rusty and could not be used.

Stayed May 23, 2025Overall, the townhouse, beach, and property area clean and quiet. Wild bunnies and toads were spotted each evening out on the grassy, well maintained lawn areas. There's a small grocery store nextdoor, but you do have to drive a ways to get to the Walmart and Target if you need more supplies. Although there are signs posted stating that no motor vehicles are allowed on the beach, there were people driving on the beach. I don't know who's supposed to monitor that, but maybe they need to step up patrols on busy weekends. But we still had a great stay and would recommend this property for your family.

Stayed Mar 13, 2025Enjoyed the stay, the walk to the beach is perfect, the house was clean & comfortable. Only downfall is that the tv in the kids room (2 bunkbed room) did not work. It's only a DVD in the tv and it wouldn't even play.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024We're a family of 5 with a little dog. We spent the labor day weekend in the house. You'll find everything you need there! Clean house, comfortable beds. Even beach toys for the kids! The house has a beautiful view! And you're less than 5min away walking from the beach.

Stayed Jun 30, 2024Loved the house. Great view of the ocean, very easy walk to the secluded (almost private) beach. Really enjoyed the house and our stay. Only negative was a lot of mosquitoes in the grassy area around the building, but this is obviously not controlled by the homeowner (and may have been a temporary situation caused by the recent Alberto storm?).
