Boasting over 2,200 square feet of living space, this unique home combines classic architectural details with modern comfort:

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Primary Suite: Features a king-size bed, cozy fireplace, walk-in closets, private office/den, and an oversized en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and luxurious soaking tub. You’ll also have direct access to the pool deck.

Bedroom 2: Offers two twin beds, private patio access, and its own en suite bathroom—ideal for family or friends.

Bedroom 3 (Casita): Located just off the kitchen with a private entrance, queen-size bed, en suite bathroom, and direct access to the pool—perfect for added privacy.

Living & Dining Areas

The living room features vaulted open-beam ceilings, a stylish built-in cocktail bar, and a fireplace—perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun.

A separate dining room opens directly to the pool deck for seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a built-in breakfast nook, modern appliances, and a gas cooktop with four burners, griddle, and indoor grill—ideal for any home chef.

Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

Please note this home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home is not a party house.

    This beautiful house and grounds were the best! Perfect for 6 adults, plenty of room. The kitchen has all the best of pots/pans, dishes, etc… the bar area was nice to have/use! The property and gardens are amazing, to say the least! All the artwork, pots, plants, greenery, sculptures, etc are what makes this whole place! The pool was great! If this house is available… I wouldn’t pass up! I would definitely stay again!!! :)

    We were a family of four adults staying in Palm Springs for a week during the holidays. This house is a perfect location, withon easy walking distance to downtown. It is a wonderful neighborhood. The house is terrific. The pool, sauna, and gardens are especially nice. This three bedroom three bathroom home easily accommodated our family of four. It could comfortably accommodate more people. The house is clean and well kept. The kitchen and living areas are spacious and really comfortable.

    This place is a Palm Springs classic! Within walking distance of dozens of fine restaurants; be advised, quite a number are closed for lunch during the hottest summer months. Five minutes from the several Indian Canyons -- easy hiking, a natural wonder! The garden is lovely with multiple spots to lounge, bask in the sun, and even watch wildlife. Wonderful pool. Well maintained. A very comfortable spot. The master bed mattress could be firmer for me.
