Casa Olmo is a welcoming apartment surrounded by the Tuscan countryside, a few miles from the sea. It sleeps five people. From Casa Olmo you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery and of the surrounding countryside. Casa Olmo is 90 square meters (970 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared terrace, a shared patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.5 km (one mile) from the center of Rosignano Marittimo, where you will findrestaurants, shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant and a grocery store at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile), the bus stop at 270 meters (886 feet) and the closest beach (Spiagge Bianche beach) at 4.3 km (roughly 2.7 miles).
Casa Olmo is located on the first floor of an ancient farmhouse. You will reach it from the parking area going up an external stairway which consists of approximately 20 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Olmo. If you do have one, you will be able to park it free of charge on the premises. Please note that access to Casa Olmo is along a 150-meter (490-foot) unpaved road.

Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool has a circular shape, has a diameter of 5 meters (16 feet) and is deep 1.3 meters (4.3 feet). The area is equipped with sun umbrellas, sun loungers and an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a broad view of the greenery. You will share the pool with guests staying at 2 other apartments. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of September.
Terrace
The terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a wood roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a broad view of the surrounding countryside and, partially, of the sea at a distance. You will share the terrace with the guests staying at the complex, at another nearby apartment.
Patio
The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof and by awnings. It is equipped with a table and chairs. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the garden. You will share the patio with the other guests staying at the complex.
Garden
The garden is 6000 square meters (65000 square feet). It is partly shaded by characteristic olive trees. The garden is equipped with wood benches, as well as with . In the garden you will also find an area where vegetables are grown and you will be able to pick up available vegetables according to the season. You will share the garden with the other guests staying at the complex.
Living Room
The ceiling of the living room is sloped and has characteristic exposed wood beams and terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a sofa. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The room has a window.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the living room through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements) and a single bed (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room through an access area.
Laundry room
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the living room through an access area. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
