Modern townhouse with small private pool close to the beach in Conil Casa Navio is a new and modern terraced house with 3 bedrooms and a small private pool in a very good location in Conil. The beach of La Fontanilla with its famous restaurants is only a few minutes walk away and the centre of Conil is also within walking distance. On the ground floor there is the living room with open kitchen and dining table. There are windows to the terraces in front and behind the house, so it is very bright. The kitchen has a cooking island and is well equipped. There is also a bedroom with two beds and a shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor is the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and terrace with loungers. The third bedroom has two single beds and a small unfurnished terrace. There is also another shower room. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning which can also be used for heating. Behind the house is the terrace with the small pool, sunbeds and a dining table.
