Comfortable and clean in a good location for exploring Rome.

This space was perfect for us traveling with little kids because it’s close to everything but also easy to head a different direction to escape the crowds. It’s in an extremely quiet building and the ac in each bedroom was a nice relief for traveling in July

Wish I could tell you about the property I rented. When we showed up we were told there was a water leak in the unit that we rented and we were lucky another unit cancelled that we could stay in and that he was working on getting the water leak fixed the next day. Short story the water leak didn’t get fixed and we had to find another place to stay. Really hard to ask your family to stay in a place with only two bedrooms, and a kitchen without air in close to 100 degree temperature. The communication was terrible. We weren’t told there was an issue until we showed up at the unit and it was too late to find another place for the night. . Even though I had been asking for a couple of days what the check-in process was. Was told we were going to get a full refund, but in the end I only got a 70% refund for a place we never got to stay in. Tried to work with the owner and VRBO and kept getting told that I had to work with the other. Terrible customer service by both.

March 2022. Stayed 6 days. Family of 4 from USA. Kids 12 & 18. Walked to everything. Central location but also Unusually Quiet city apartment. Slept great. Fabio's communication was fantastico! Email pre-trip, WhatsApp during stay, and he even shuttled us back to the airport at check-out for less than a taxi. Nice personal touch! You can trust Fabio folks. His VRBO feedback goes back 10 years and that means a lot. We'll be back!

Property was clean and well-equipped. Excellent communication with the owner so check in was super easy. He even arranged a ride from the airport for us so it was truly hassle free! The owner also left a few holiday goodies for us in the kitchen which was an unexpected and super nice surprise! The only negative was that the bathroom was truly too small for two of us to be in at one time, and with 3 teenagers and 2 adults, this proved to be inconvenient. The positives far outweighed the negative tough as we could walk to all the major sites and there was great shopping and excellent restaurants close by.

My family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome! The location of the apartment was fantastic and we were able to easily walk everywhere we wanted to go. The choice of restaurants near the apartments was excellent and the neighborhood was quiet and not too busy. Check in/out was easy! Apartment was very clean!

We lived for 3 nights with a family of five, an excellent location, walking distance to all the important sites, a supermarket around the corner. The welcoming landlord organized a taxi to the airport. Close to the restaurant area is actually adjacent to the Jewish Quarter. Fabio's apartment is in a great location for anyone who wants to hit Rome's biggest tourist spots in a short visit. Fabio was a very welcoming and helpful host. The apartment is well equipped. All in all a very positive experience!

Great location and great host. Bathroom was a little tight for 5 people, but certainly not a deal breaker. A welcome gift was a nice surprise
