Master Bedroom: Drift off into dreamland within the confines of our luxurious master suite. A king-sized bed ensures restful nights, while the en-suite bathroom takes relaxation a notch higher with a separate shower and bathtub, giving you a personal spa-like experience.

Additional Bedrooms: Comfort and tranquility await in the other two spacious rooms, tastefully furnished to ensure peaceful slumber and waking refreshed for a new day of adventures.

Living Area: Warm harmony envelopes our open-plan living area, featuring plush seating, a flat-screen TV for your entertainment, and a soul-stirring fireplace to keep you snug after a thrilling day on the slopes.

Kitchen and Dining: Our fully equipped modern kitchen is a gourmet's delight, boasting all the necessary appliances – including a shiny new air fryer. Enjoy family meals or fun game nights comfortably seated around the dining table with space for six.

Bathrooms: Of the two full bathrooms, each is generously stocked with essential toiletries and plush towels for your convenience.

Guest Access:
Guests will be granted exclusive access to all amenities in the cosy Casa Monte Vista. Entertainment options, including TV and Wi-Fi, a fully-equipped kitchen, a soothing hot tub for starlit relaxation, and the entire property itself are all for your private enjoyment. Parking is available for 2 vehicles under the carport and an additional one in the driveway. Our Smart Lock ensures seamless self-check-in at all times.

Our summer season presents a haven for unplugging and reconnecting, be it with nature, loved ones, or yourself. Bask in Taos's unique charm and relish the chance to observe the wildlife from comfortable lounge chairs in our private backyard. Pet Policy Information:
This home is pet friendly! We love furry family members! If you are planning on bringing your furry friend, please be aware of the following policy and rules: There is a maximum of 2 pets allowed per reservation and there is a $100 non-refundable fee that will be applied to the reservation. All pets must be declared on/with the reservation at the time of booking, or, at the latest, prior to check in. Pet fee must also be paid in full prior to check in. If a pet is brought into the home and has not been previously declared, a fine, in addition to the $100 pet fee, may be assessed and charged to the guest. At the time of departure, owner and/or management will perform a routine departure inspection.

If damages are found and determined/assumed to be caused by a pet in the home, such damages will be documented and submitted as a claim to the hosting company (i.e. Airbnb, Vrbo, Taos Love LLC, etc.). Such a claim and monies requested may be used to recuperate charges for, but not limited to, excess cleaning time, supplies and repairs needed, replacement items, etc. The owner and/or management company will determine if the $150 pet fee paid by guest will or will not cover any or all of needed monies for aforementioned issues. Guest will be notified if damages are found and if a claim will be filed.
