Welcome to Casa Mirabelle, an elegant single-level retreat overlooking the Nicklaus Private Course at PGA West. Enjoy sweeping golf and mountain views, a private pool, an oversized spa, a detached casita, and an expansive patio designed for relaxing under the desert sky.



*Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit is required and will be collected prior to your stay. Full details provided upon booking.

*For long-term rentals, a California lease mustbe signed. Each rental includes utility caps for electricity, water, and gas, and the guest is responsible for any overages.

*The signing of the lease agreement must occur within 21 days of booking, provided the check-in date is more than 30 days away. If the check-in date is less than 30 days from the booking date, the lease agreement must be signed within 5 days of booking.

*All non-resident drivers and vendors must present a valid, government-issued driver’s license upon request.

*Golf cart available for rent. Please confirm availability and price with us.



The Space:

Casa Mirabelle offers more than 3,000 square feet of inviting indoor-outdoor living in a peaceful cul-de-sac setting. The single-level home features four bedrooms, four-and-a-half bathrooms, and a detached casita, providing plenty of space and privacy for families and groups.



The open living areas are filled with natural light and framed by beautiful views of the golf course and surrounding mountains. Inside, guests will find a well-equipped kitchen with an island and breakfast counter, a formal dining room, a comfortable great room with a gas fireplace, a dedicated office /bedroom, and a custom wine room.



Step outside to a spacious furnished patio overlooking the 10th hole of the Nicklaus Private Course. Spend sunny afternoons beside the private pool, unwind in the oversized eight-person spa, or prepare an outdoor meal at the built-in BBQ while enjoying the peaceful desert scenery.



Guest Access:

Our home is dedicated to ensuring your comfort and convenience. You'll find ample space in closets and bathroom drawers to settle in and make yourself at home. Feel free to utilize all the kitchen amenities, but we kindly request that you handle them with care.



To ensure a smooth arrival, we'll send you a Welcome Letter one day before your check-in. This letter will provide you with all the essential details about the property, including the Access Code/Keys and its location.

Getting Around:

For optimal transportation, a private car is recommended. Taxi services are available from Palm Springs airport, and both Uber and Lyft operate in the desert. Festival-goers will find these services to be affordable and convenient.

We encourage guests to text us or call during their stay if they need anything or have any questions.



Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM.



To get there, head to Jefferson Street south to PGA West. Enter Palmer gate and proceed to Riviera. Turn left on Riviera and proceed to Cedar Crest. Turn left and home is 3/4 way down the street on your right.



Any guests not on the lease at the home are subject to a $500 fine per person. Please send a list of all names of people who will be at the house and a list of drivers of the cars that will be given access.



The golf course is private property. If you are not a paid golfer, please stay off the course. The HOA views unauthorized golf course access as trespassing.
