Casa Mendoza 3 bedroom home with Pool and Mountain Views #064938

Not fully to our expectations!

The house was nice and cozy perfect for my Birthday getaway with my little family. Clean rooms and bathroom, kitchen well equipped. The host was awesome and got quick responds to messages. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location, clean, warm pool, cool house. Everything was as advertised. Would stay again.

My group stayed here for Coachella weekend 2 and it was perfect! It was close to our shuttle stop as well as the festival grounds if you want to uber. The host was lovely to speak with. We had no issues the entire stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Host was amazing, entire house was clean. Overall such a great experience!

The pool was refreshing and clean. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed.

Host was very welcoming during booking process and arrival/departure. House was perfect for us to get to sports tournament at polo grounds. Loved being close to old town La Quinta, a brief walk or short drive.

It was great - hot weather so pool was wonderful. Kitchen was well stocked (bag of ice in freezer). Bedrooms and baths clean and very comfortable.

The location of the home was nothing more than perfect!!! The cleanliness could be better, there were stains on the couch, the kitchen has gaps on either side of the dishwasher, and it can use a new and updated coat of paint inside.

Nick property with a few glitches but overall great stay. Location is perfect to enjoy nearby activities and locations.

Thank you. We loved how clean the inside of the house was. Lots of linens and pillows was very nice. We had a very relaxing time getting away from adult children, parents, snow and getting sun sunshine. Some tips for the owner to make it a better stay for four 65 year old women. *Hangers, need way more we bought 1 dozen. But needs more especially in twin room where there is no dresser. *teaspoons for eating cereal etc. there were only 3, we bought 3 more. *buy another chair for kitchen table, if you will note, people have been using the garbage can for a 4th seat. *bowls, to eat cereal out of, we bought paper to cover the trip. *check for burned out lightbulbs. *lawn chairs of some sort we bought 2 from Walmart for extra chairs outside. *plastic chairs are cracked and pinches the arm , check them out. *clean cushions outdoors, they are really dirty. We cleaned them the best we could. * no, we did not use the pool, but pool man is not doing a very good job. *paint, as we sat in back of house, the back wall of house really needs painting. In bedrooms, lay on bed, look up. Just some touch up goes a long way. If owners did some spiffing up they could ask more for house. I must say this was the least we have spent on a home in La Quinta. So, we got what we paid for. Thank you
