Six long-time girlfriends spent five nights in this charming home. We loved all the indoor and outdoor spaces. The Host provided everything we needed and check-in and check-out was a breeze. The home is so walkable to Old Town and a short walk to the Trolley Station. Many great shops and restaurants within walking distance. Short Uber rides took us everywhere we needed to go. We were very happy with our stay, and the Host is very responsive to questions. 10 stars!

The house was lovely. Getting in and out was inconvenient because of where the locks were. The master bath while lovely to look at was a small layout, had no counter space. The bed sheets were to big for bed, which made it uncomfortable. There was no coffee or water for guests. The filtered water was very slow to come out.

My son and his wife, our daughter and her husband, and our two granddaughters all stayed with us and we had a wonderful time. We could walk to great Mexican and Italian restaurants in Old Town and our little granddaughters loved the Old Town trinket shops and the bunk beds in the house. Everyone liked the hot tub and the beautifully maintained historic adobe house with its big windows and elegant furnishings. The Bluewater rental team is so kind and they were so responsive to us any time we called. We were happy with everyone at Bluewater--and we loved the bright, beautifully decorated house that felt just like home!

My family stayed at this property for a week. We had a great time! The home is nice and cozy and the location is terrific. SD old-town is a block away and where there are many fine restaurants and shops. Many of SD popular tourist places including the downtown district are just a short drive away as well. The home is well kept and the host company is very accessible and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in SD.

This lovely historic property is conveniently located within walking distance of San Diego’s Old Town. I was very impressed with the beautiful and mature landscape plantings. The management company made everything convenient and was responsive to our needs. If you don’t have a car, you are just steps away from the San Diego Tour Bus Trolley which can take you to 11 points of interest in the city. We were pleased how nicely the home was laid out so each bedroom was private from the others.

Beautiful home very close to Old Town. Historical home that is bright, clean and comfortable with all you need to enjoy family time. Fully stocked kitchen (for utensils), bring what you need for cooking (seasonings, etc). With 7 people, did not feel crowded and back patio is wonderful to sit and relax. Well worth the price for comfort and cleanliness. Good communication with property management.

We stayed for six nights and had a wonderful time. Property is across the street from Old Town and a five minute walk to the light rail and Amtrak stop, making it very convenient. We had six people in our group and had plenty of room. Could have had eight comfortably. The property was clean, charming and roomy. liewatwr was a pleasure to deal with and kept us informed of everything we needed to know we will assuredly stay here again. We

Our family had a great stay at your charming historical home in the heart of Old Town. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the private backyard with hot tub was amazing! Loved how we could walk to many shops and restaurants and the ease of getting anywhere in San Diego with the convenient freeway access.

The location of this historic property makes it easy to get to Old Town or access the transit system. The walk to the house from the transit center is easy. When we checked into the house we found no sheets on the sofa bed in the living room. As it was late at night we weren't able to get sheets until the next day, so our we had to make due with a duvet cover, blanket, and duvet. The bed itself is a horrible sofa bed mattress, so don't expect a night of sound sleep. The kitchen is sparsely stocked. Other vacation rentals usually have the basics of foil, cooking spray, etc. There are plenty of utensils, basic pots and cooking sheets, and pans. There was no dishwasher detergent to be found, so we also had to call on that. The bedrooms throughout the house all had comfortable beds and linens. The en-suite's bathroom tub/shower is a step down tub, and could be inaccessible to some people. It took one very large step to get in and out of the tub/shower. That should be mentioned in the property description. The keyed entry is on the side of the house, which requires opening a electronic gate via a key pad near the front door. On the way out you have to use a garage style gate opener to open the gate and exit out to the street. No easy front door access. The backyard is lovely. Communication with the staff is easy and responses are quick via email & text For the amount of money we spent each night, the issues we faced left me feeling disappointed.

This place is so cute, very comfortable. The patio was great and the hot tub. Everything was clean except the master bathroom had hair in the tub and on the floor. They also equipped with towels, spa towels, toilet paper, soap, hand soap which was amazing for our long weekend.

Great location, beautiful home, easy to communicate with management. Two things to note, the garage gate keypad was a little difficult to find, and the driveway is pretty narrow, but there is a spot to park outside the gate.

Property was great! Very easy check in and communication with agent, house was clean and everything was in working order, including the hot tub! Beds were all comfortable and everyone slept great. Location is perfect for Old Town - one block down is the main street so everything is in walking distance, and you are about 15 minutes from The Gaslamp District, airport, and Marine Training Center. Would definitely stay again! This is a registered historic home with original items like tiles, fixtures and locks. Lots of character and it was great for us ladies! If you are looking for a modern, sleek, brand new type of home this would not be for you.
