Step from the rear of the property directly onto 987 acres of protected open space, ideal for wildlife viewing, hiking, walking, running, and biking. Because Casa Mariano borders the greenbelt, you'll enjoy exceptional privacy and unobstructed panoramic views of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains. Eldorado also offers miles of paved paths for walking and biking throughout the community.

Detached Studio

Need a little extra privacy The detached studio is perfect for artists, writers, remote workers, teens, or anyone looking for a quiet retreat. It includes a queen sleeper sofa, TV, seating area, and utility sink. (Please note: the studio does not have a bathroom.)
