Guests will have full private access to the entire house and outdoor areas, including the spa jacuzzi, BBQ grill, pergola dining space, solarium deck, tropical lounge areas, fully equipped kitchen, living spaces, bedrooms, and bathroom.

The home features easy self check-in through a private access code. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send detailed check-in instructions, the WiFi information, parking details, and simple usage guidelines for the spa jacuzzi and house amenities to help make your arrival smooth and stress-free.

We respect our guests’ privacy but are always available through Airbnb messages if you need recommendations, assistance, or have any questions during your stay.

The home is fully stocked and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable, elevated stay.

Inside you’ll find 2 bedrooms, each with a new king-size mattress, 4 sleeping pillows, additional decorative pillows, quality linens, bedside tables with outlets, Smart TVs, full-length mirrors, hangers, and open closet space to unpack comfortably.

The spa-style bathroom includes a full-body spa shower, premium towels, robes, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer, and quality essentials.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, coffee station, cookware, pans, utensils, knives, cutting boards, plates, bowls, mugs, glassware, wine glasses, serving pieces, storage containers, and cleaning basics.

The home also includes fast WiFi, 3 Smart TVs, a variety of board games, desk/vanity space, extra seating, oversized indoor dining, and a large boho-style living area designed for relaxing, working, or gathering.

Outdoor amenities include a private 7-person spa jacuzzi, BBQ grill, solarium deck, tropical lounge areas, and outdoor dining under the pergola.

For beach days, the air-conditioning closet is stocked with 4 beach chairs, a cooler bag, and if it rains: an umbrella.

Exterior cameras monitor only the surrounding outdoor areas, jacuzzi area, and parking. There are no cameras inside the home.

#Welcome

We are happy to host you and hope you enjoy a relaxing and comfortable stay.
Please read these notes carefully. They help keep guests safe, protect the property, and make Casa Marabella enjoyable for everyone.

#Quick Summary
Please pay special attention to:
- Front Door: Make sure it is fully closed so the automatic lock can engage.
- Parking: One car may park in the driveway; extra cars must use the street parking pass.
- Parking Pass: Return it to the shelf under the foyer mirror or a USD 100 replacement fee will be charged.
- Jacuzzi: No glass, food, pets, lotions, oils, soaps, or bubbles.
- Mosquito Screen: Open the glass door first, then the screen.
- AC / Nest: Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is running.
- Bathroom Plumbing: Flush only moderate amounts of toilet paper; no wipes, feminine products, cotton, paper towels, or other items.
- Automatic Bathroom Faucets: Place your hand under the sensor; please do not force them.
- Trash & Recycling: Take out both trash and recyclables before check-out.

Pets: Approved pets only, never unattended, and all waste must be picked up immediately.

Damage or Issues: Report damage, stains, missing items, or maintenance concerns right away.


### Before Check-Out##

Before leaving, please:
- Turn off lights, fans, jacuzzi jets, and jacuzzi lights.
- Close and secure all doors and windows.
- Double-check that the front door is fully closed and the automatic lock has engaged.
- Secure the back sliding glass door by lifting the handle upward.
- Place used towels in the laundry area.
- Take out regular trash and recyclables.
- Place recyclables in the red and blue bins.
- Place regular trash in the black trash can.
- Return beach chairs, cooler bag, beach bag, broom, and dustpan to the AC closet.
- Return acrylic/plastic cups and kitchen items to the kitchen.
- Return the street parking pass to the shelf under the foyer mirror.
- Make sure sand stays inside The Sand Lounge area.
- Report any damage, missing items, stains, or maintenance concerns before check-out.

RULES:

1. Access, Wi-Fi & Front Door
Before check-in, you will receive:
- Door access code
- Wi-Fi information
- Jacuzzi instructions
- Arrival details

The Wi-Fi QR code and Nest thermostat are located in the living room.
The Nest has been preset automatically for your comfort.
The front door has an automatic lock, so please make sure it is fully closed whenever you enter, leave, or are inside the home.
Please do not share the door code with anyone who is not part of the reservation.
Before leaving the property, please make sure all doors and windows are closed and secured.
Windows lock from the inside using their latches.

2. Parking
One car may park in the driveway.
Please leave clear access to the attached apartment on the right side of the house when facing the house from the front.
For an additional car, use the street parking pass located on the shelf under the foyer mirror.
Place the pass inside the car, clearly visible through the front windshield, preferably on the dashboard.
Street parking is allowed on either side of the street where permitted.
The parking pass must be returned to the shelf under the foyer mirror before check-out.
If the parking pass is not returned, a USD 100 replacement fee will be charged.
Please do not block the attached apartment access, driveway, sidewalks, neighboring driveways, mailboxes, or access areas.

3. Jacuzzi
Please read the jacuzzi instructions before use.

The printed house guide includes the jacuzzi instructions, and laminated copies are provided next to the welcome basket.
Please shower before entering the jacuzzi.
Do not bring glass, food, pets, animals, lotions, oils, soaps, bath products, or bubbles into or near the jacuzzi.
Use only the acrylic/plastic cups located in a basket on the kitchen island shelf.
Turn off the jets and lights after each use, and keep the cover closed when not in use.
Do not sit, stand, jump, or place heavy items on the jacuzzi cover.
Do not force buttons, controls, cover, jets, lights, or any jacuzzi component.
We do not recommend jacuzzi use for minors, pregnant guests, elderly guests, or anyone sensitive to heat because it is a high-temperature environment.
If an adult allows a minor to use the jacuzzi, the minor must be supervised at all times, and use is under the full responsibility of the accompanying adult.

4. Patio Sliding Door & Mosquito Screen
The patio mosquito screen is delicate and can break easily.
Open the glass sliding door first, then carefully slide the mosquito screen open.
Keep either the glass door or the mosquito screen closed at all times to help keep insects out.
The back sliding glass door is secured by lifting the handle upward.
Please do not walk into, push, lean on, or force the mosquito screen.

5. Air Conditioning & Nest Thermostat
The Nest thermostat is located in the living room and has been preset for your comfort.
Please keep all doors and windows closed while the AC is running.
Florida is very humid, and leaving doors or windows open while the AC is on may cause condensation, humidity issues, or damage to the system.
Please do not set the AC extremely low.

6. Kitchen, Trash & Recycling
The kitchen has a regular trash bin, a recycling bin, and basic cleaning supplies under the sink.
The broom and dustpan are located in the air conditioning closet.
Please take out regular trash and recyclables before check-out.
Outdoor bins are located on the left side of the house when facing the house from the front.
