Casa Lylia is a nice apartment built on the sloping ground facing the sea, for five people. From Casa Lylia you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Praiano and of the Amalfi Coast. Casa Lylia is about 80 square meters, and has beautiful private terraces with sea view, air conditioning (check the description below to know in which rooms is available), heating and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be about 50 meters from the immediate citycenter of Praiano, where you will find restaurants, pizzerias, grocer's, bars, various shops, ATM's and bus stops. You will reach Casa Lylia from the street level going up a pedestrian path that includes about 60 steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Lylia. If you come by car you can park it nearby, free or paid, along the public road (the actual distance may vary depending on the availability of seats) or in a public car park (as it is a public parking space it is not possible to reserve a seat).
Thanks to its strategic and central location of the apartment you will not need a car or bus to move to Praiano. In fact, just a 5-minute walk will take you to the Gavitella beach and One Fire, Cafe Mirante, La strada restaurant, La brace restaurant, Le Fioriere bar and restaurant, Tramonto d'oro restaurant, bar del sole, the church of San Gennaro, the restaurant Trattoria San Gennaro, minimarket and other shops of all kinds. Also right under the apartment, you will also find the bus stop for both Amalfi, Ravello, and for Positano and Sorrento.

Terrace.
You will be able to enter the terrace from the living room through a French door. It is shaded by a characteristic arched roof. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy an enchanting view of the sea, of Praiano and of the Amalfi Coast.

Living area.
The living room floor is made of shiny blue ceramic tiles. The furniture is comfortable. The furnishings include an armchair and a sofa bed for one person. There is a fireplace. The dining table is for six people. In this room you will find a TV with satellite system. From the living room you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The room has a large panoramic window with a view of the sea, Capri, the Faraglioni and the island of Li Galli.

Kitchen.
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the corridor. It is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker and a toaster. There is a table for four guests. The kitchen has a window.

Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The room has a double bed. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The bedroom has air conditioning / heating.

Bedroom 2.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It is equipped with two single beds. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline through a French door. The room also has a window. The bedroom has air conditioning / heating.

Bathroom 1.
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Bathroom 2.
The second bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.

Check-in time is between 15:00 and 21:00, and check-out time is before 10:00.
