My vacation home is a full-time dedicated home, I don’t live in it but it was created as a separate property and shares a private road with our backyard and my neighbor who is a renown bronze monument sculptor artist. The whole property is a very serendipitous arrangement. You will feel the warmth the minute you arrive and feel as though you were meant to be there. Being located in the north valley of albuquerque inserts you into former farmland and because we are close to the Rio Grand

Very quiet neighborhood with great views of the Sandia mountains to the East in the am and magnificent sunsets as the Sun disappeared on the horizon to the West. Blue skies you don't see in every locale. David is a great host and responded within 10-15 minutes anytime we had a question. Highly recommend this property for your visit to Albuquerque. Best Mexican food anywhere. Check with David for recommendations. A very relaxing stay, would definitely book it again.
