My home is 3 miles to Clear water downtown, 4.9 miles to Clear water beach and 6 miles to Sand Key beach. It is one of two units duplex. Good number of grocery stores close by. One block from Pinellas trail. Good size rooms with a queen bed and closet to hang stuffs. The street is quiet and you can have a good night sleep. Parking spot right in front if the house. Washer and dryer
People have commented how convenient it is to arrive anywhere. I live in the unit next door.

Stayed May 18, 2025Place was clean and close to where we had to go. Neighborhood was older but nothing horrible. Had neighbors on one side that liked to sit outside at night till the wee hours of the morning talking. The noise from the neighbors wasnt every night. But a few nights it was late worst night was 3 am. Had to turn on some white noise to dround out. But over all everything worked and had a pleasant stay. Would stay again.

Stayed Apr 1, 2025It is a good place in general and we did not have any complaints on anythings inside it. The communication with the host was great. The only thing that really bothered us was joyfull neighbors who could shout, sing and laugh till early morning near our window.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025For less than a 100 a night you get a small house all to yourself with the host living right next door if anything should arise. Nothing was needed from our host but she was quick to respond to every message I had before our stay! The house is in a typical Florida neighborhood.

Stayed Dec 19, 2024Sketchy neighborhood on poorly lit dead end street. Every night a group of men sat outside duplex units that backed up to our duplex’s bedroom window. They were loud; smoking, drinking and cursing until 10:30 or 11 pm. I had to turn on a sound machine to drown them out.No dishwasher or garbage disposal. Very dirty AC filter and no coffee filters as specified in house manual. The owner was very responsive to us and changed filter right away.Both mattresses were comfortable.
