IMPORTANT: An amenity card will be provided at the home for access to resort amenities during your stay. Please keep the card safe and leave it at the property upon departure. Lost or unreturned cards are subject to a $100 replacement fee, which will be the guest's responsibility. Water park and Golf Club not included.

• We provide a small starter kit, which includes:
o 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
o 1 hand soap per bathroom
o 1 shampoo and 1 conditioner per bathroom
o 1 sponge
o 1 dishwasher soap
o 1 paper towel in the kitchen
o 1 laundry detergent
o 1 garbage bag
Guests are welcome to bring along any extra supplies they might need, as our starter kit includes only the essentials to get you settled in.
Linens and towels are provided for your convenience. However, please note that guests are responsible for washing them during their stay. There is a washer and drier at the house. Please note that washcloths are not provided, they are considered personal items.
House rules and guidelines for your comfort:
POOL: We clean the pool weekly with or without guests. If you would like to be notified of the date of the inspection, please let us know so there is no inconvenience. Please do not manipulate any of the pool equipment, in case you need assistance we will be happy to send a specialist.
IMPORTANT NOTE: THIS HOME DOES NOT HAVE A POOL HEATER.
PARTY/EVENTS - No parties or loud activities allowed. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges, and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, our community patrols will contact the authorities and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
SMOKING AND DRUGS – Smoking inside the property is prohibited. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind inside the property or around the community, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY.
DISTURBANCES: Guests shall behave in a civilized manner and shall be good neighbors, noise or disturbances that interfere with the quiet enjoyment of their property should not be made. Outdoor noise or noise being carried outside from inside the home should be kept to a minimum regardless of the hour and in compliance with the local Noise Ordinance. Please feel free to call the authorities if there is any noise that violates local laws.
