The main level is designed for connection and entertaining. A spacious kitchen features high-end appliances, including a gas oven, electric and steam oven, and a dedicated coffee and beverage station with double-filtered water and ice maker. A large dining area flows into multiple living spaces, including a game room with a pool table with ping pong topper, air hockey, and a wet bar, perfect for gathering. - Guests are welcome to enjoy the firepit; please note the fire features above the pool are not in use for safety reasons.

- 1 car driveway parking, small or mid-sized car. Plenty of street parking available.

- We ask that all guests are respectful of our neighbors and mindful of noise levels throughout their stay. Quiet hours must be observed, and this home is not suitable for parties or events. We appreciate your help in maintaining a peaceful and respectful environment.

- Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax

- No smoking or parties/events permitted.

- Pets are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee

- Guest agrees that in outside areas there is no reasonable expectation of privacy and accepts the monitoring of the outside by security cameras. Guest agrees not to tamper with the security cameras.

- As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.

- Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
