Stayed Nov 28, 2025Michael as a host is truly amazing! Not only did he accommodate our sweet angels, but left us wonderful treats in the very big and fabulous kitchen, including fresh flowers. The whole place is very cozy and comfortable. I love the creaking orginal wood floors and wonderful decor. My fiancé and I had a wonderful weekend. Thank you!! This is a must stay in Bradenton. We visit often as my fiancés family lives in the area. This location is perfect!!

Stayed Nov 6, 2025Great communication and the host allowed us a very late check out when our flight was delayed which was very much appreciated. The cottage worked out great for four of us for our soccer tournament weekend at the IMG fields.

Stayed Mar 18, 2025It was a pretty charming cottage/home with a great location in Bradenton. There were some minor issues but overall we were very pleased and comfortable coming and going to beaches and attractions and biking. A botanical gardens nearby was awesome. A few political signs in neighbors yards wasn’t great but not an issue.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025This house is surprisingly cute inside, although the yard can do with some upkeep. It is really big, plenty for 2 couples or extended family. Our problem was with the front door lock. It badly needs a locksmith to make it easy to enter. The owner said it was an old house and You'll figure it out. I grew up in a house built in 1900 and live in one built in 1939, so that is no excuse for not correcting this problem. The handle is actually pulling away from the door because of people trying to enter the building.

Stayed Apr 19, 2024Lovely home tucked away in a nice neighborhood, with plenty of room and privacy, as well as a great back yard.I particularly loved the many interesting artifacts, books and pieces of art. It all reminded me of the charm found in many a Hollywood mansion, very comfortable and lacking nothing! I will definitely rent it again when I am coming to the area. Thanks again Michael! ☺️
