The main level of the home features a bright, contemporary great room with a dining room for eight guests. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open wide to a beautiful courtyard patio courtyard with a built-in BBQ, hot tub, and another dining area. This is the perfect place to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or dinner al fresco - making indoor/outdoor living a breeze. The kitchen is conveniently located adjacent and fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. There is a queen guest bedroom on this level as well for those who prefer no stairs.

Upstairs, the Primary bedroom has its own private balcony with ocean views and the en suite bathroom features a soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower. There are two additional guest bedrooms, each with a king bed and a private bathroom. The third-floor oceanview lounge offers direct access to panoramic coastal views from the rooftop deck.

    This home has to be one of the most beautiful and well laid out properties that I’ve rented. First you’re only a thirty second walk to the beach and only a six minute drive to the heart of La Jolla. The beach itself is so beautiful that we had a professional family photo shoot on it. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious enough to have your own private space. It’s very zen and inviting. The surrounding area is very quiet and not as busy as the beachfront streets. The kids loved the two balconies and the rooftop sitting area which is a great spot to watch the sunsets. I’m already planning on staying here next year for a family wedding. Thank you for a very memorable stay!

    Casa Kolmar is a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood less than a block from the ocean. Our family loved the amenities, the well stocked kitchen, and the open patio design. Sunsets viewed from the patio on the roof were special! We hope to be back again in the future!

    This was the nicest house we have ever stayed in as a short term rental property hands down. Views are even better in person and the rooftop deck really adds to the experience. The property management company was communicative via text message throughout the stay which made it easy to answer any questions about the property. Hot tub is a must for the little ones especially after a full day at the easy to walk to beach and with the out of character cool weather we had plus a little rain. We will absolutely rent this place again in the future.

    We had a great stay at this La Jolla home. Clean and well appointed. Location was great with amazing views of the ocean and less than 2 blocks away from the beach. Management company was very responsive. Would definitely recommend if planning a trip to La Jolla/SD area.
