Stayed Feb 1, 2023No hot water in house--always took cold showers. We ran out of hand soap, paper towels, and filtered water. Water and soap and were replenished one time, but not again after we ran out of water a second time during our week-long stay with 5 people. The maid showed up and started cleaning 2 hours before check out on our departure day. She woke most of us up and surprised us and was running water and in our way while we were trying to wake up, have coffee/tea, and get showered/packed. I asked her to leave and come back at our check our time she started crying. A housekeeper arriving before check-out time is 100% unacceptable. It’s probably not her fault but the property manager needs to figure things out and communicate better with the housekeepers and the guests. I texted Javier about this and the other issues, and his response was to contact someone else--a different manager I had no interactions with--and suggested I leave negative reviews online. There should be one POC (point of contact) for guests when they encounter issues. Clearly many opportunities for improvement.
