Stayed Aug 15, 2025Check in was easy! And Steven was quick to respond to my messages. We enjoyed the back patio both nights... Just make sure the lower bedroom window is closed or else the BBQ smell and smoke ends up in the house. The grandkids loved the ping pong table and the games that were in the cupboard.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025This was a beautiful property and perfect location we will absolutely be back again. We came down for my son’s 4th birthday weekend. There is a a bedroom and bathroom on every level.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024Property was as advertised. One street back from ocean front homes; partial ocean views between the ocean front homes. Just steps away from direct beach access. The home consists of 3 levels, with the kitchen and main living areas up a significant flight of stairs from the entry floor and the primary bedroom suite up another significant flight of stairs from the main floor. This may be a consideration for toddlers or guests with mobility issues.

Stayed Jul 25, 2024We had a wonderful stay in Seaside and much is due to how great this house was. Location was perfect and home is perfectly situated for a family of 4 or 5! Would love to return!!!
